3D Archery League

The Indoor Winter Archery League will commence on Tuesday, january 11, 2011. Contact Tom Oleniacz @ 570-663-2852 or Jim Mayers at 570-553-2776 or sign up at the club house bulletin board. The Club's phone number is 663-2114

As usual, we will shoot for 12 weeks. The cost will be the same as previous years. The cost is $5.00 per night or if paid by the 3rd week, the cost is only $50.00 for the 12 weeks.

We will also conclude the winter league with a fish fry and coon shoot after dark. The date is to be determined later. All members, their family and friends are welcomed.

Silverlake Gun & Rod Club boasts of the 3-D McKenzie targets throughout our course using the 10 - 8 - 5 rings and X's for scoring.

Minimun 2 shooters/ Maxcimum 4 shooters per group
• Stabilizers 12" maximum in hunters classes
• 5 grains arrow weight per pound bow weight minimum
• Adjustable sight can be used in all classes
• Bow sights with scopes can only be used in OPEN CLASS
• Binoculars are allowed in all classes
•Sights 6" maximum from bowriser - all classes EXCEPT OPEN CLASS, which is 13" maximum
• Adjustable sight can be used in all classes

Cubs 0- 11 yrs (15 yards max)
Youth 12-15 yrs (25 yards max)

Primitive Bare Bow     (25 yards max)
Women BHS-BHSR    (35 yards max)
Men       BHS-BHSR   (35 yards max)
