Ninety Third Annual Dinner and Meeting
ANNUAL MEETING
Registration from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM
Timothy J. Mayers prayed the blessing for the food and the meeting.
Call to Order: Meeting called to order at 2:05 PM by Club President Fred Guyette. The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders. There was also a moment of silence in honor of the Club Members who have passed away this past year, namely Dennis Byerly, Bob Elliott and Jon Wahl.
Roll Call:
The Secretary stated that fourteen (14) Committee members/Officers and fifty nine (59) Regular and Lifetime Members had signed in. There were also approximately Twenty (20) spouses and guests in attendance. This exceeds the necessary membership requirements to hold the Annual Meeting and election of new Officers and Directors. Therefore, no roll call of members is required.
MINUTES OF THE LAST REGULAR MEETING
The Secretary minutes of January 9, 2025 were deferred until the next regular monthly meeting.
Treasurer Report:
The Treasurer’s Review of the year of 2024 was read by the Club Treasurer Lori Raub.
Regular Checking Account Balance at years end, $ 2,226.43
Discipline Savings Account Balance --------------- $ 25,236.62
Youth Account Balance ---------------------------- $ 15,464.51
Savings Account Balance --------------------------- $ 31,841.42

Standing Committee Reports:
Archery: Chairman; Matt Forba
Matt was not in attendance.
Jim C. Mayers reported the income and expenditures for the 3D season.
Trap: Chairman; Fred Guyette
Fred Guyette noted that;
Friday night trap shoots continue every Friday afternoon from 2:00 PM until they are done.
We also have a Winter League that is in the 2nd week. $15.00 to join then $15.00 per week. All are welcome to join in.
The Monday ATA shoots will commence in April. Averages number of shooters is anywhere from 6-12. All are welcome to come and shoot.
Open Skeet every Friday morning commencing around 9:30 until approximately 12 noon. Averaging 4 – 8 shooters every Friday. Any questions please call either Jim E. Mayers or Phil McCarthy.
There is a 4H shoot scheduled for May 31 to June 1
The Roger Everitt Memorial Shoot as usual is scheduled for the first weekend in June. All proceeds go to support Susquehanna County 4H.
A Memorial shoot is also scheduled to provide a $1,000.00 scholarship.
Indoor Range: Chairman; Tom Blackman
Tom noted all is well and noted thanks for those using the range for keeping the area clean.
If interested in a Basic Handgun Training session, please contact Tom Blackman.
New rubber has been installed on the Indoor pistol range. Fred thanked Tom Blackman and Jeff Martin for installing the rubber.
Outdoor Shooting Sports: Chairman; Jack Revie
Jack noted that usage at this time of the year is down as expected. Jack also noted that some individual(s) continues to shoot at the target hangers and destroying them. All members are requested to be vigilant in policing the ranges and identifying any individuals who are intentionally damaging club equipment.
Buildings and Grounds: Chairman; Ron Walter
Ron noted all is well. It was noted that we had problems with the water pump and system. The entire system had to be replaced.
We are also changing propane suppliers. We are now going to utilize Superior at a substantial saving in the cost of propane. We were previously paying $2.79 per gallon. With Superior we will be paying $1.44 per gallon.
It was also requested that anyone using the Clubhouse or Trap Lounge to start a fire in the wood burners to save on heating with the propane.

Bottle Drive: Ron Hollenbeck
Ron noted that he has collected over $$1,800.00 in bottle returns and has turned it over to the Leukemia Society. Ron thanked all who leave refundable bottles and cans in the woodshed next to the clubhouse. All are welcome to donate their return bottles and cans.

It was noted that the food and desserts were excellent at today’s Annual Dinner. Special Thanks to Todd Everitt, Jim E. Mayers and Reggie Raynor
Awards;
President Fred Guyette handed out beautiful vests to each Club Officer and Director for their diligent work throughout the year.
Vests were also awarded to Phil McCarthy, Tom Oleniacz, Ron Hollenback and Reggie Raynor.
Gift certificates were awarded to Chuck and Tammy Wildenstein, Zeb and Lori Raub.
President Fred Guyette presented Ron Walter with an Honorary Lifetime Membership for all the work he does keeping the grounds mowed in the summer and the driveways and parking areas cleared from snow.
New Business:
Election of Officers and Directors:
Tom Blackman was appointed as Election Chairman and moderator.
It was noted that the Office of Vice President and Treasurer has expired.
It was further noted that the Directorships of Dave Byerly, Bob Tucker, and Bob Kuhn have also expired.
Tom noted that he inquired of each Officer and Director if they would run for an additional term. Each Officer and Director responded in the affirmative. Tom also noted that no one else has expressed a desire to run for any office.
Tom then nominated each of the Officers and Directors named for an additional term. The motion was 2nd by Fred Guyette. Secretary Jim E. Mayers cast one vote for each of the Named Officers and Directors.
Todd Everitt is the Vice President for 2025 and 2026.
Lori Raub is the Treasurer for 2025 and 2026.
Bob Tucker, Bob Kuhn and Dave Byerly are Directors for 2025 and 2026

The writer apologizes to all the donors and winners of the raffle baskets. Due to a misunderstanding, the names of the donors were only noted on the baskets or prize itself and not written or listed, so they could be married to the numbered winners list.
Many Heartfelt Thanks to all who donated so many wonderful baskets, and to all the fortunate winners.
