CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:10 by President Fred Guyette. The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were Nineteen (19) members present including eleven (11) officers and committee chairs and three (3) guests
Meeting Minutes for the May 9, 2024 Regular Meeting
The Secretary’s meeting minutes of May 9, 2024 were read by Secretary Jim E. Mayers.
There was a motion to approve by Dave Byerly and 2nd by Tom Oleniacz. All approved.
Committee Meeting of May 21were read by Secretary Jim E. Mayers. Motion made by Jim C. Mayers to approve. Motion was 2nd by Pat Natale. All approved
TREASURER’S REPORT
The Treasurers report for MAy, 2024 was read by Treasurer Lori Raub. There was a motion by Jim C. Mayers and 2nd by Ed Smith to approve the Treasurers report. All approved.

STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer – Matt Forba)
Matt not in attendance. No report.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette)
Fred acknowledged his thanks for everyone who helped make the Roger Everitt Memorial Shoot a success. Special thanks to Evans Mechanical for donating the chickens for the BBQ. Also thanks to Todd Everitt and those who helped cooking all the chickens. Thank yous went out to all the kitchen help. Special thanks to Ken Matthews for collecting the raffle prizes. It was noted that thirty eight shooters participated in the two day event. Fred also noted thanks to Tom O., Bob Tucker, John Kukusian, Chuck and Tammy Wildenstein and Lori Raub for their hard work.
It was noted that we took in approximately $12,000 minus expenses for the event.
Fred noted thanks to Zeb and Todd for installing the railing to the upper skeet field and Bob Tucker for painting the railing.
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Tom Blackman)
Tom noted all is well. Tom also noted that he turned in $59.26 from the range fee box. It was further noted that the range usage has slowed down.
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron noted all is well.
Outdoor Shooting Sports (Officer Jack Revie)
Jack noted all is well.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike not in attendance. Ed Smith noted that the meetings are now quarterly.
12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Fred Guyette)
The June 2024 winner is Darcy Mason of Hop Bottom, PA. The June raffle was for a Ruger American HMR 17 with a wood stock. The winning ticket was number 250.
Fred thanked everyone who sold tickets.
SUPPLIES (Chairperson Reggie Raynor)
Reggie not in attendance. Fred noted his thanks to Reggie and Cindy Oleniacz for helping in the kitchen at the Roger Everitt Shoot.

OLD BUSINESS
It was noted that the winners (male and female) for the Archery In the Schools, will be presented at the July meeting.
Reminder; we have an ongoing bottle and can drive. Bottles and cans may be left in the shed next to the clubhouse. All proceeds are donated to Leukemia Cancer Research.
NEW BUSINESS
There were two new member applications as follows:

There were no comments from the floor
It was noted that two of our 4H kids have won the opportunity to attend the 4H Nationals at Grand Island Nebraska this fall. The winners qualified by winning the PA State championships. It has been noted that they need help with the cost of traveling to Nebraska. Fred Guyette proposed, a motion to award each competitor $500.00 each. The motion was seconded by Tom Oleniacz. All approved. The 4H winners names are James Grisafi and Naomi Cross.
ATTENDANCE POOL
The name drawn for the June attendance pool was Jim C. Mayers.
