CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:08 by Vice President Todd Everitt. The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were Nineteen (19) members present including eleven (11) officers and committee chairs and two (2) guests
Meeting Minutes for the April 11, 2024 Regular Meeting
The Secretary’s meeting minutes of April 11, 2024 were read by Secretary Jim E. Mayers.
There was a motion to approve by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Jim C. Mayers. All approved.
TREASURER’S REPORT
The Treasurers report for April, 2024 was read by Treasurer Lori Raub. There was a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Jim C. Mayers to approve the Treasurers report. All approved.

STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer – Matt Forba)
Matt noted the first 3D (5/5) shoot was basically a washout. Only 2 shooters braved the weather. Others had a cup of coffee then left.
Matt added that a bear has destroyed one of the older 3D targets and damaged another.
Matt reminded all that the summer 3D league will commence soon. See or call Matt at 570-561-9003 for details. Cost of the league will be $40.00 per adult, $20.00 for youth and kids under 12 are free.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette, Fred not in attendance)
Friday open Trap is ongoing. Bob Tucker noted the fourth County League will be at Blue Ridge. See website for details or call Bob or Fred
Income for Trap 4/18 $999.08 minus $72.00 for ATA fee, 4/19 $356, 4/26 $404.00, 5/3 $460.00. Skeet 4/19 $128.00, 4/26 $127.00, 5/3 $80.00. County League $912 (kitchen $354), ATA 5/6/24 $610.00
There are 12 gauge shot shells available for $90.00 per case. (10) Boxes per case.
Fred emailed a note stating his apologies for not being able to attend the meeting. He noted that there were 14 shooters for the April 15th shoot and 14 for the May 6th shoot. Fred thanked Todd Everitt and John Kukusian for opening up . He also thanks Tammy, Chuck, Lori and Zeb as well as others for all their help. Fred noted the next shoot is scheduled for May 20th with all green birds. See the “Official” Minutes for Fred’s other comments.

Tom noted all is well.
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron not in attendance no report.
Fred’s comments noted the stairs to the upper trap area have been installed by Story Construction. Fred thanks Clark Burr for seeing the project through. Zeb and Todd to install the handrail.
Outdoor Shooting Sports (Officer Jack Revie)
Jack noted all is well.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike also noted that there are currently 243 Game Wardens. PA Game Commission is recruiting additional candidates for these positions.
12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Fred Guyette)
The May 2024 winner is Jeff Kerr (Whitetails Bar & Grill). The May raffle was for a American Tactical (KOFS) 20 gage O/U shotgun. The winning ticket number was #307 Jim E. Mayers to notify Jeff..
SUPPLIES (Chairperson Reggie Raynor)
Reggie noted that if anyone needs anything regarding kitchen supplies, please call Reggie. Also need cupcakes and munchies for the Roger Everitt shoot the first weekend in June.

KITCHEN_ (Chairman Pete Holleran)
Pete noted all is quiet. If anyone needs tables or chairs, they need to call Pete. Leave a message if no answer. There is a sign out sheet next to the calendar.
It was also noted that 24 people signed up for breakfast on the Spring Work Day and to date all have survived the breakfast.
Pete also noted that he has purchased some cookware for the kitchen.
OLD BUSINESS
Reminder; we have an ongoing bottle and can drive. Bottles and cans may be left in the shed next to the clubhouse. All proceeds are donated to Leukemia Cancer Research.
Fred’s notes stated that the Spring Work Day had over thirty (30) members attending. Projects completed cleaning the rest rooms, cleaning the clubhouse floors and kitchen. Trap and skeet houses were cleaned. The 100 yard shooting stand was stained. Indoor range cleaned, stones were brushed from the lawn area back into the drive/parking areas, Trap lounge cleaned, weeds were soundly whacked. Thanks to all who helped make it a great day.
NEW BUSINESS
There were three new member applications as follows:

It was noted that there will be a Committee Meeting on May 21 to select a Montrose Area High School student as this year’s recipient of a $1000.00 scholarship.
ATTENDANCE POOL
The name drawn for the April attendance pool was Critter.
