CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:05 by Club President Fred Guyette. The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were Sixteen (16) members present including ten (10) officers and committee chairs.
Meeting Minutes for the October, 2024 Regular Meeting
The Secretary’s meeting minutes of October, 2024 were read by Secretary Jim E. Mayers.
There was a motion to approve by Jim C. Mayers and 2nd by Ron Walter. All approved.
TREASURER’S REPORT
The Treasurers report for October, 2024 was read by Vice President Todd Everitt. There was a motion by Tom Blackman and 2nd by Jim C. Mayers to approve the Treasurers report. All approved.

STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer – Matt Forba)
Matt not in attendance.
Fred noted that the “Indoor Winter Archery” will commence after the New Year.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette)
Open Trap on Friday nights is ongoing.
Income for Trap The monthly income for October plus 11/8 Total was $1,405.00
Income for Skeet for the month of October was unavailable.
Wine Shoot scheduled for December 15th.
12 Gauge shells are available to club members at $90.00 per 10 box case.
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Tom Blackman)
Tom noted that he turned in $55.00 from the range fee box.
It was noted that Sporterifle is now in the 9th week (match) of a scheduled 21 match schedule. Silver Lake Rod & Gun Club record to date is 4 wins and 4 losses.
Buildings & Grounds (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron noted all is well. Ron also noted that the gasket for the wood burning stove in the club house needs to be replaced and the chimney cleaned.
Outdoor Shooting Sports (Officer Jack Revie)
Jack not in attendance.
It was reported that $84.11 has been turned in from the Range Fee Boxes.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike not in attendance. No report
12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Fred Guyette)
The November 2024 winner is Chris O’Reilly. The winning ticket # 008. Chris won a Savage Axis II XP 350 Legend.
SUPPLIES (Chairperson Reggie Raynor)
Reggie not in attendance.

OLD BUSINESS
Reminder; we have an ongoing bottle and can drive. Bottles and cans may be left in the shed next to the clubhouse. All proceeds are donated to Leukemia Cancer Research.
Tom Blackman will be the Election Chairman for the Annual Dinner. Tom will be interviewing the Incumbent Officers and Committee members regarding their willingness to seek reelection.
NEW BUSINESS
It has been determined that the Silver Lake Rod & Gun Club will be changing propane suppliers from Hinds to Superior.
Fred noted that the Gun Bingo is scheduled for January and the Pistol Bingo is scheduled for March. Fred has secured all of the long guns for the Gun Bingo. Gun Bingo tickets only 100 to be sold at $150.00 each. See Fred to get on list to purchase if you are not currently on the list.
Annual Dinner is scheduled for Sunday January 12, 2025 (remains from October Minutes)
There were two (2) New Member Applications to review as follows;
