CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:05 by Club President Fred Guyette. The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were Seventeen (17) members present including nine (9) officers and committee chairs and two guests.
Meeting Minutes for the September12, 2024 Regular Meeting
The Secretary’s meeting minutes of September 12, 2024 were read by Secretary Jim E. Mayers.
There was a motion to approve by Jim C. Mayers and 2nd by Ron Walter. All approved.
TREASURER’S REPORT
The Treasurers report for September, 2024 was read. There was a motion by Clark Burr and 2nd by Jim C. Mayers to approve the Treasurers report. All approved.

Trap & Skeet Savings balance $ 16,826.17

STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer – Matt Forba)
Matt not in attendance.
It was noted that the majority of the 3D targets have been picked up and stored for the winter.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette)
Open Trap on Friday nights is ongoing.
Income for Trap 9/20 $780.00, 9/22 $1,955 (Memorial Shoot), 9/27 $500.00, 10/4 $350.00 Total for the month $3,585.00 (Profit from “Meat Shoot” on 10/6 was approximately $400.00)
Income for Skeet for the month, 9/13 $127.00, 9/15 $54.00, 9/20 $91.00, 9/27 $61.00, 10/4 $122.00 Total for the month $401.00
Wine Shoot scheduled for December 15th.
12 Gauge shells are available to club members at $90.00 per 10 box case.
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Tom Blackman)
Tom stopped in but had to leave. Tom gave the secretary a note stating that new rubber has been installed (need more). Also Tom will be giving a handgun class on October 16th from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM. Tom turned in $78.00 from the range fee box.
It was noted that Sporterifle is now in the 4th week (match) of a scheduled 21 match schedule
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron noted all is well. It was noted that several trees were cut down on the west side property line near the club entrance.
Outdoor Shooting Sports (Officer Jack Revie)
Jack not in attendance.
It was noted that two 100 yard targets were replaced on the Fall Work Day and totally destroyed by the following week.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike not in attendance. No report
12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Fred Guyette)
The October 2024 winner is Garry Gelatt phone # 570-687-6396. The winning ticket # 062. Garry won a Mossberg Patriot 6.5 PRC w/ stainless steel barrel and a laminated stock.

Reggie not in attendance. Fred acknowledged his thanks to Reggie for all she does..

KITCHEN_ (Chairman Pete Holleran)
Pete noted all is well. Pete has a receipt for food purchased for the Fall Work Day breakfast.
OLD BUSINESS
The Fall Work Day was Saturday September 28. Breakfast at 7:00 AM with work commencing at 8:00 AM. There were 14 signed in for breakfast with a substantial number who came to work after breakfast.
Reminder; we have an ongoing bottle and can drive. Bottles and cans may be left in the shed next to the clubhouse. All proceeds are donated to Leukemia Cancer Research.
NEW BUSINESS
It is also time to start thinking about the upcoming Election of Officers and Directors in January. Lori Raub and Todd Everitt’s offices will expire at the end of 2024. Also Bob Tucker, Bob Kuhn and Dave Byerly’s terms expire at the end of 2024.
Tom Blackman has been selected as the Committee Chair for the 2025 elections.

Fred noted that the Gun Bingo is scheduled for January and the Pistol Bingo is scheduled for March. Fred has secured all of the long guns for the Gun Bingo. Gun Bingo tickets only 100 to be sold at $150.00 each. See Fred to get on list to purchase if you are not currently on the list.
Annual Dinner is scheduled for Sunday January 12, 2025
