CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:05 by Club Vice President Todd Everitt. The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were Seventeen (17) members present including ten (10) officers and committee chairs.
Meeting Minutes for the August 8, 2024 Regular Meeting
The Secretary’s meeting minutes of August 8, 2024 were read by Secretary Jim E. Mayers.
There was a motion to approve by Ed Smith and 2nd by Mike Fabian. All approved.
TREASURER’S REPORT
The Treasurers report for August, 2024 was read by Treasurer Lori Raub. There was a motion by Bob Tucker and 2nd by Dave Byerly to approve the Treasurers report. All approved.

STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer – Matt Forba)
Matt noted that the 3D season has concluded. The September 3D shoot had 22 shooters in
attendance. Matt also note that he intends to store the 3D targets for the winter within the next
few weeks. The bag targets will remain for those archers for practice purposes.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette) Fred is in Colorado for their annual Elk hunt
Open Trap on Friday nights is ongoing.
Income for Trap for the month is $2,025.00.
Income for Skeet for the month is $529.00
A Memorial Shoot is scheduled for September 22 with Silver Bars being awarded. Also there is a Meat Shoot scheduled for October 6 and a Wine Shoot scheduled for December 15th.
12 Gauge shells are available to club members at $90.00 per 250 round case.
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Tom Blackman)
Tom not in attendance. No report
It was noted that Sporterifle is scheduled to commence the week of September 15th.
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron not in attendance. NO report.
Outdoor Shooting Sports (Officer Jack Revie)
Jack noted all is well.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike not in attendance. Ed Smith stated there is nothing to report. PFSC is now meeting quarterly.
12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Fred Guyette)
The Septermber 2024 winner is Riley Birchard, 706 Lamphere Rd. Montrose, PA 570-278-33212. The winning ticket # was 452. Riley won a Charles Daly 12 gage side x side.
SUPPLIES (Chairperson Reggie Raynor)
Reggie not in attendance. No report.

Ed noted all is well.

OLD BUSINESS
The Fall Work Day is scheduled for Saturday September 28. Breakfast at 7:00 AM with work commencing at 8:00 AM
Barrel O Bucks is scheduled for this coming Saturday
Reminder; we have an ongoing bottle and can drive. Bottles and cans may be left in the shed next to the clubhouse. All proceeds are donated to Leukemia Cancer Research.
NEW BUSINESS
It is also time to start thinking about the upcoming Election of Officers and Directors in January. Lori Raub and Todd Everitt’s offices will expire at the end of 2024. Also Bob Tucker, Bob Kuhn and Dave Byerly’s terms expire at the end of 2024.
Tom Blackman has been selected as the Committee Chair for the 2025 elections.

- Rick Quick 802 Conklin Road Binghamton, NY Sponsor Jim E. Mayers It was noted that Rick is a former club member.
- Gary L. Benedict 26615 S.R. 267 Aptmt. 117 Friendsville, PA 18818. Sponsor Chuck Burts. It was noted that Gary is the Building Manager of the Senior Living apartments in Choconut.
ATTENDANCE POOL
The name drawn for the July attendance pool was Clark Burr.

With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:35.
