85th Annual Dinner and Meeting
ANNUAL MEETING
Call to Order:
Meeting called to order at 2:25 PM by President Bob Kuhn. Pledge of Allegiance and moment of silence for all those protecting our security preceded the roll call of the members present.
Roll Call:
The Secretary stated that fifteen (15) Committee members/Officers and Fifty four (54) Regular and Lifetime Members had signed in. This exceeds the necessary membership requirements to hold the Annual Meeting and election of new Officers and Directors. Therefore, no roll call of members is required.
New Committee Officers
President, Bob Kuhn noted the appointment of two new Committee Officers;
Tom Blackman is now the Indoor Range Officer and ChristiAnne Storman is the new Archery Officer.
MINUTES OF THE LAST REGULAR MEETING and Committee Meeting
The Secretary minutes of January 12, 2017 were read and approved on a Motion by Dave Shaffer and 2nd by Roger Marsh.
Treasurer Report:
The Treasurer’s Report was read and detailed by Treasurer, Bette VanWinkle. The report was approved on a motion by Pete Slack and 2nd by Mike DePaola.
Standing Committee Reports:
Archery: Officer ChristiAnne Storman
The Winter Indoor Archery is now into the 2nd week. All are welcome to join. The cost is $5.00 per week (12 week league) or $50.00 paid by the 3rd week.
ChristiAnne noted that she and her husband Scott have made up new posters to distribute to various stores and clubs to advertise the upcoming
3-D season.
Trap: Officer Fred Guyette
The Friday night open trap continues. The winter trap league commenced January 13th. Check with Fred or Bob Tucker for details.
Fred noted that Bob Tucker is the new ATA chairperson. Fred also acknowledged his appreciation for all the help from Norm McPherson and Bob Tucker and others throughout the past year. Fred also noted that the Roger Everitt Memorial shoot went well again this past year.
Check the calendar for upcoming ATA shoots and open shoots.
Indoor Range: Officer Tom Blackman
It was noted the Sporter Rifle League is now into the 13th week of a 21 week season. The normal night to shoot is Wednesday but makeups can be shot at any time.
SASS: Officer Jack Revie
It was noted that SASS is in hibernation for the winter. Jack also noted that SASS was down as far as the number of shooters for the scheduled events. The average number of shooters was down to 18 to 20 shooters from 25 to 30 shooters from the previous year.
SASS to resume in March 2017.
Buildings and Grounds: Officer Ron Walter
Ron reported that all is well with Buildings and Grounds.
PFSC: Mike DePaola, chairman,
Nothing new to report.
Awards;
Bob Kuhn presented Doug Wiser Jr. his Lifetime Member plaque.
Bob also awarded Pat McPherson an Appreciation Award plaque, a fleece jacket and an Honorary Membership for providing electrical service to the new Trap Lounge.
Jack Raynor, Bob Tucker and Dave Shaffer were awarded fleece jackets for their extra efforts working on the Trap Lounge.
Jack Marconi was also awarded an Appreciation Plaque and a fleece jacket for his kitchen donation for the new Trap Lounge.

Jim Mayers nominated Bob Kuhn for President. Motion 2nd by Ed Smith. There were no further nominations from the floor. Motion by Jack Revie to close the nominations, 2nd by Ed Smith. Motion carried. Secretary Jim Mayers cast one vote for Bob Kuhn. Bob elected as Club President for 2017.
Nominations for Vice President:
Ed Smith nominated Dan Hungerford for Vice President. Motion 2nd by Jim Mayers. There were no further nominations from the floor. Motion by Jack Revie to close the nominations. Motion 2nd by Mike DePoala. Motion carried. Secretary Jim Mayers cast one vote for Dan Hungerford for Vice President. Dan Hungerford is elected as Vice President of the Club for 2017
Nominations for Secretary:
Ken Barnes nominated Jim Mayers for Club Secretary. Motion 2nd by Roger Marsh. There were no further nominations from the floor. Motion by Roger Marsh to close the nominations, 2nd by Ed Smith. Motion approved. President Bob Kuhn cast one vote for Jim Mayers as Club Secretary. Jim Mayers is elected as Club Secretary for 2017.

Fred Guyette nominated Bette VanWinkle for Club Treasurer. Motion 2nd by Dave Shaffer. There were no further nominations from the floor. Motion by Jim Mayers to close the nominations, 2nd by Bob Kuhn. Motion carried. Secretary Jim Mayers cast one vote for Bette VanWinkle as Club Treasurer. Bette VanWinkle is elected as Club Treasurer for 2017.

Bob Kuhn nominated Mike DePaola for PFSC Representative, motion 2nd by Ed Smith. There were no further nominations from the floor. Motion by Jim Mayers to close the nominations, motion 2nd by Jack Revie. Motion carried. Secretary Jim Mayers cast one vote for Mike DePaola for PFSC Representative. Mike DePaola is elected as PFSC Representative for SLR&G Club for 2017.
Nominations for Directors for years 2017 and 2018:
It was noted that the terms of Karl Eschbach, Dave Byerly, and Floyd VanWinkle is expired as of today January 15, 2017. All have agreed to allow their names to be nominated for the same position for 2017-18.
Fred Guyette made a motion to reelect all three Directors for another term. Motion 2nd by Jim Mayers. There were no further motions from the floor. Motion by Bob Kuhn to close the nominations, motion 2nd by Jim Mayers. Motion carried.
Secretary, Jim Mayers cast one vote for each Director as follows; Karl Eschbach, Dave Byerly and Floyd VanWinkle.
Karl Eschbach, Dave Byerly and Floyd Van Winkle are elected as Directors for 2017 and 2018.
This concludes the election of Officers and Directors for 2017 and congratulations to each for assuming these Club responsibilities.
