Eighty Ninth Annual Dinner and Meeting
ANNUAL MEETING
Call to Order: Meeting called to order at 16:15 by Club President Jim Mayers. The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders. This year’s dinner/meeting was held at the Silver Lake Rod and Gun Club with attendance based on a rotating basis due to the COVID-19 pandemic. There were approximately one hundred six (106) members and guests who attended. Due to the pandemic only election business was conducted.
Roll Call:
There was no roll call due to the format of the meeting. Member attendance was staggered due to COVID 19. The Secretary stated that there was a quorum of committee members to conduct business of the election. Ballots were used for the election.
MINUTES OF THE LAST REGULAR MEETING
The Secretary minutes of January 14, 2021 were deferred until the next regular monthly meeting.

New Business:
Election of Officers and Directors:
The Nominating Committee headed by Tom Blackman put together ballots for this year’s election due to the pandemic. Vice President Dan Hungerford, Secretary Lori Raub ran unopposed to retain their positions. Dave Byerly, Bob Kuhn ran unopposed to retain their BOD positions. The remaining BOD position candidates were Bob Tucker and Eric Lukovich. All positions were voted on via ballots. Bob Tucker won the final BOD position by a vote of 54 to 28.
A motion to accept the election results was made by Tom Blackman and seconded by Dave Shaffer. Motion was approved unanimously.
This concludes the election of Officers and Directors for 2021. Congratulations to each for assuming these Club responsibilities.

The Annual Meeting was adjourned at 1640 on a motion by Dave Shaffer and 2nd by Laura Foote. Motion passed unanimously
