April 8, 2021
Called to order at 1901 by club Vice President Dan Hungerford as President Jim Mayers was not in attendance.
The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were twenty (20) members/guests present including fourteen (14) officers and committee members (Dan Hungerford, Laura Foote, Lori Raub, Mike DePaola, Dave Shaffer, Jim Mayers II, Bob Tucker, Clark Burr, Ron Walter, Dave Byerly, Jack Revie, Tom Blackman, Fred Guyette, Jack Legg).
Meeting Minutes of March 11, 2021 Regular Meeting were read by Secretary Laura Foote with a motion made by Mike DePaola to accept report with minor update to number in attendance seconded by Roger Marsh. Motion approved unanimously.
Treasurers Report – March report for 2021 was read by Lori Raub with a motion made by Mike DePaola to accept report, seconded by Roger Marsh. Motion approved unanimously.
February – Regular Checking balance – $3,660.44
February - Discipline Savings Account balance – $1,908.15
Youth Account balance- $12,156.39
Savings Account balance- $6,300.56
American Funds Balance- $28,842.33
Royalty Account balance – $668.21
Total Balance $53,536.08
Standing Committees
Archery – Jim Mayers Jr. stated there was email correspondence to the archery group for course setup on April 24th in the morning (before 1:00pm due to Trap Winter League banquet that same day).
Jim spoke with the Coinforce people after talking Fred to get Trap coins underway.
Jack Raynor stated that the school Elementary archery team came in first place and the High School team placed second
Trap/Skeet – Fred Guyette reported that Susquehanna County Trap League starts Sunday April 11th. The first shoot is at Central and currently there is one full team with another team needing an additional shooter. A check for the county league fee is needed (Lori Raub will provide to Bob Kuhn). Winter League ended with Brad Heath winning a case of shells as the winner of the league. Winter League banquet will be Sunday April 24th at 1:00pm with all invited to attend. Everyone is asked to bring a dish to pass along with Fred having a fish fry and steak sandwiched. Winter League participants shoot for free.
Ricky Blachek is interested in setting up a five stand league on Friday nights, signup in the trap lounge if interested.
The first Monday night ATA registered shoot was April 5th with only four shooters. Marty Reid was high in single with a 94 and Tim Burnett had a high of 80 in Handicap. Low turnout is expected due to the shortage of shells and materials to make shells. ATA registered shoot dates will be added to the Website and Facebook page.
Dan Hungerford stated that the parts for the skeet machines were in the mail and the new machines should be up and running in seven to ten days.

Indoor Pistol Range -
Tom Blackman stated the range continues to be used and all is good. Tom stated that the rubber has been changed. Tom turned in $190.00
Building and Grounds – Chairman Ron Walter noted the lock combinations have all been changed however some of the locks were an issue and they will be replaced with new locks.
Fred stated that the bridge to extend the wi-fi from the top trap lounge to the bottom building has been approved. Fred also stated the printer for the trap lounge is in.
Outdoor Ranges - Chairman Jack Revie stated that everything looks good and the ground has dried up considerably. Jack turned in $64.00.
Tom Blackman constructed a bench on wheels for the 100 yard range. Signs are being painted by Patty Blackman showing yardage.
If using 50 yard bench money should go in 100 yard building or trap lounge box. Consider adding a box for money to the new bench.
PFSC Chairman -
Mike DePaola stated that the monthly meeting was at Silver Lake. He also noted that there was no game warden or fish warden present at the last meeting.
The Family Field Day (formerly Youth Day) will be held the last weekend of September at New Milford Pistol Club.
There will be no raffle tickets this year. We did get the spot we wanted at the Harford Fair at the end of the food stands by the stables. Need to get the booth set up.
12 Gun Raffle –

April winner – Tom Testani with ticket number 116 - won Howa 1500 .223 cal., hvy brl w/Bushnell 6-18x50 scope. Ticket sold by Jim Mayer. Fred Guyette will contact the winner.
Supplies – Jack Raynor stated everything is fine.
Internet / Website - Ed Smith not in attendance with no report provided.
Facebook – Lou Schreiner not in attendance with no report provided

Kitchen - Dan Hungerford stated all is good. Dan is still looking for someone to train for the Everitt shoot, but has not heard anything about the upcoming shoot.
Old Business – Email was sent out for Archery League dates.
New Business – It was noted that there will be a benefit on Saturday April 10th for Ron Rosenkrans’ daughter Chloe who is a senior in HS who was in an accident on March 22nd. She is now home recovering. The benefit will be at the Lakeview with over 500 Chicken dinners already sold, along with a bake sale.
There were no new applications for membership.
Attendance Pool - for $131.50 Bruce Matison was drawn as the winner. Bruce not in attendance with money being rolled to May drawing.
Adjournment - with no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 1933 on a motion by Dave Shaffer and 2nd by Bob Tucker. Motion approved unanimously.

there was no committee meeting held as there were no new applications or other business to discuss.
