CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:07 by Club President, Bob Kuhn. The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were twenty three members present including ten officers and committee members.
Meeting Minutes for the July 11, 2019
The Secretary’s meeting minutes of July 11, 2019 were read and approved on a motion by Mike DePoala and 2nd by Tom Blackman.
TREASURER’S REPORT
The Treasurers report for June was read and approved on a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Jim Mayers II. All approved.
July 2019 Regular Checking balance $ 11,599.53
Discipline Savings $ 968.51
Youth Account $ 15,716.34
Savings Account $ 9,322.30
American Funds $ 47,214.15
STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer –Jim Mayers II)
Jim noted that there were 18 shooters at the August 3D shoot. Total income for the day was $205.00. Registration took in $155.00 and the kitchen took in approximately $50.00.
Jim thanked Tom Oleniacz for all the work he did to get the course ready. Jim also thanked Ron Jacoby for helping with the registration and the kitchen. Almost every shooter noted how much they liked the course set up. It was noted that the new 3D targets from Lancaster are on the way. It was also noted that we owe the tax on the new targets.
Ed to post winners on the website.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette)
Fred noted the Friday night shoots are ongoing and doing well. The weeks of July 12 thru August 2 took in a total of $655.25. The ATA shoot for 7/15 took in $224.00 and the ATA shoot of 7/29 took in $376.00.
The skeet shoots started two +/- weeks ago. Also the 5 stand is about to start also.
Fred to set up a date in the near future for a “Meat Shoot”.
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Tom Blackman)
Tom noted that all was good with the indoor range. It was noted that Tom turned in $36.00 from the range fee box.
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron noted all is well. It was also noted that Burke Pest Control has been here to spray for cluster flies.
SINGLE ACTION SHOOTING SPORTS (Officer Jack Revie)
It was noted that there was nothing to report. SASS has shutdown.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike noted the last monthly PFSC meeting was normal, nothing special to report.
12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Karl Eschbach)
The August 2019 gun winner is Eric Lukovich 230 McFall Rd. Apalachin, NY 607-341-1728. The winning ticket was Ticket # 109.
Eric won a Remington Versa Max 12 gauge w/ 5 choke tubes.

Jack noted all is well.

Dan noted all is well in the kitchen.
OLD BUSINESS
It was noted that a new computer and printer has been purchased for the club by Laura Foote. Laura noted the cost including software exceeded the approved $1,200.00 by $168.84. There was a motion by Fred Guyette to approve the $168.84. The motion was 2nd by Mike DePaola and approved by all.
NEW BUSINESS
Pat Natale, retired BPD officer and club member, announced that there is a self/home defense course being offered by Long Arm Investigations. The course is for shotguns and is an eight hour course. Class size will be limited to six participants or 10 with an additional instructor. The course will cost $200.00. Anyone interested may contact Pat or Long Arm Investigations at 607-759-2658.
There were nine new membership Applications as follows;
ATTENDANCE POOL
The name drawn for the August 2019 attendance pool was Ron Walter. Ron was in attendance and won $44.00. The September pool will be worth $11.50.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:53 PM on a motion by Mike DePoala.
Committee Meeting
There were ten (10) Officers and Committee members present. The number required for a Quorum is eleven (11). Therefore a call was made to Jack Revie to make up the required quorum. All new member applications were reviewed and approved.
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 8:15.
