CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:07 by Club President Fred Guyette. The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were fourteen (14) members present including seven (7) officers and committee chairs. There was also two guests signed in.
Meeting Minutes for the July 14, 2022 Regular meeting
The Secretary’s meeting minutes of July 14, 2022 were read by Secretary Jim Mayers. There were no exceptions to the minutes. There was a motion to approve by Mike DePoala and 2nd by Jim C. Mayers. All approved
TREASURER’S REPORT
The Treasurers report for July 2022 was read by Treasurer Lori Raub and approved on a motion by Mike DePoala and 2nd by Jim C. Mayers, All approved.

STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer –Jim C. Mayers)
Jim noted that the club sponsored a “Youth Day” on August 6th. Matt Forba provided food and drink for the kids. There were 20 youth who participated by shooting the 3D course.
The regulat monthly 3D shoot was held on August 7th. There were six club members and six non club shooters. (12 total) Registration took in $108.00 and the kitchen took in $32.00.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette)
Fred noted that attendance has been lower.
Skeet brought in the following monies; 7/22 $62.00, 8/5 $80.00 total $142.00
Trap as follows; 7/15 $309.00, 7/22 $255.00, 7/29 $297.00, ATA shoot on 8/1 $349.00. Total $1,210.75
It was also noted that the Jack Legg, Jack Raynor, Jerry Homsher Memorial Shoot is scheduled for September 18. 2022. Prizes are to be silver bars.
It is further noted that we are scheduled to receive a truck load of clay birds on September 21 at 8:00 AM.. Need volunteers to help unload the trailer.
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Tom Blackman)
Tom noted all is good. Tom turned in $24.00 from the range fee box.
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron not in attendance. It was noted that all is well.
Outdoor Shooting Sports (Officer Jack Revie)
Jack not in attendancel. No report
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike noted the last meeting was held at Silver Lake Rod & Gun Club.
It was noted that the US Fish and Wildlife wants to ban all lead on Federal lands.
There is also a state bill that is proposing a ban on all “assault weapons” for those under 21.
12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Fred Guyette)
The August 2022 gun winner is Katrina Raub from New Milford. The winning ticket was # 229. Lori and Zeb to notify Katrina. Katrina won a Wicked Ridge cross bow package.

Reggie not in attendance. No report.

It was noted that we need to install a drain for the AC in the Trap Lounge.
Discussed Fall Work Day to include building of the BBQ Pit.

There were Four New Member Applications, as follows;

The name drawn for the August attendance pool was Jim C. Mayers. Jim won a whopping $17.00 +/-. (Included money not won last month)
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:42 PM.

Three Officers and Directors were called via telephone to make a quorum including Clark Burr, Dave Byerly and Ron Walter.
