CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:04 by Club President, Bob Kuhn. The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were twenty three members present including fourteen officers and committee members and one guest.
Meeting Minutes for the November 14, 2019
The Secretary’s meeting minutes of November 14, 2019 were read and approved on a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Jim Mayers II.
TREASURER’S REPORT
The Treasurers report for November was read and approved on a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Dave Shaffer, All approved.
November 2019 Regular Checking balance $ 2,245.08

STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer –Jim Mayers II)
Jim noted that there will be several archery targets auctioned off at the Annual Dinner. Jim also noted that he will be changing the 3D targets from the present targets to Rhinehart targets. The changeover will be gradual.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette)
Fred noted the Friday evening trap is continuing. Also, the Winter Trap League will commence on Friday January 10, 2020.
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Tom Blackman)
Tom turned in $104.00 from the range fee box. Everything else is fine.
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron was not in attendance. No report.
Dan Hungerford reported that he has installed two new thermostats in the clubhouse. One upstairs and one downstairs. Maximum heat set at 70 degrees, with auto setback.
SINGLE ACTION SHOOTING SPORTS (Officer Jack Revie)
It was noted that there was nothing to report. SASS has shutdown.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike noted that there was no meeting held in November. It was noted that there will be three (3) Sundays for hunting in 2020. Those dates are to be determined.
12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Karl Eschbach, not in attendance)
The December 2019 gun winner is JoAnne Wiser, 2104 JC McNamara Tnpk. Brackney, PA 607-644-0296. The Winning Ticket# 348. JoAnne won a Winchester XPR 7mm Mag.

INTERNET WEB SITE (Webmaster Ed Smith)
Ed noted all is well. Ed also recommended that the Club pay Linda Alvelo the $104.94 annual fee for the Club website. It was suggested that Dave Byerly go to Linda to ask if she would sell the ownership of the website to Silver Lake Rod & Gun Club. Dave said he would. It was also suggested that Ed Shelp reach out to Linda for the same reason.

KITCHEN_ (Chairman Dan Hungerford)
Dan noted all is well. Dan is looking for three volunteers to roast turkeys. (Lou Schriner, Rip VanWinkle and Jim Mayers volunteered.
OLD BUSINESS
It was noted that we need volunteers to bring raffle baskets for the Annual Dinner.
There is a Christmas Party scheduled for December 20 at the Trap Lounge. All are welcome. Bring a dish to pass.
NEW BUSINESS
There were two new member applications.

- Dave Cortes 3708 Alpine Dr. Endwell, NY Sponsor Jeff Martin
It was again noted that the Annual Dinner will be held on Sunday January 12, 2020 at Neuman Hall on Rt. 267 next to the Choconut Mkt. Dan to take care of the kitchen. We also need baskets to raffle off.
ATTENDANCE POOL
The name drawn for the December 2019 attendance pool was Scott Heckman. Scott was not in attendance and missed out on the pool $12.00. The January pool will be worth $23.00.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:50 PM on a motion by Mike DePaola.
Committee Meeting
There were fourteen (14) Officers and Committee members present. Reviewed the two (2) new member applications as noted above were reviewed and approved.
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 8:15.
