December 12, 2020
Called to order at 1906 by club President Jim Mayers.
The meeting opened with Pledge of Allegiance and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were nineteen (19) members present including thirteen (13) officers and committee members. There were also 8 new applicants present.
Meeting Minutes of November 12, 2020 were read by Secretary Laura Foote with a motion made by Mike DePaola to accept report with minor documentation updates and seconded by Fred Guyette. Motion approved unanimously.
Treasurers Report of the October 8, 2020 and November 12, 2020 meetings was read by Lori Raub with a motion made by Mike DaPaola to accept reports, seconded by Fred Guyette. Motion approved unanimously
October – Regular Checking balance – $1,116.35

Standing Committees
Archery – Officer Jim Mayers Jr. with no report.
Trap/Skeet – Fred Guyette reported that Friday night shooting continues. Wine shoot scheduled for December 13th with a Christmas party to follow (steak sandwiches, hamburger, hot dogs). There will be 60 1.5 liter bottles of wine with shooting at 10am. Winter League begins January 8th 2021. Fred will turn money in to the Treasurer from Meat shoot as well as $296 from Skeet and $912 from Trap.
Wine shoot is tentatively scheduled for December 20th but may be moved to the 13th due to conflict with Hallstead registered shoot. There will be a Christmas party afterwards. Total of $712.50 turned in for Trap/Skeet.
Indoor Pistol Range- Tom Blackman not in attendance. A total of $48.00 turned in. Sporter Rifle league is currently in 5th place. Raelene Coy is currently in 1st place in the league.
Building and Grounds – Chairman Ron Walter was not in attendance no report given.
Outdoor Ranges-- Chairman Jack Revie reported the outdoor ranges are currently closed due to hunting season.
PFSC Chairman - Mike DePaola reported that there was no meeting in November. Mike also reported that the Rush/Middletown gun club may disband as there are only a few members remaining.
12 Gun Raffle – Chairman Karl Eschbach not in attendance.
December winner- Paul Ripic Sr. with ticket number 315 sold by his brother Ed - won Winchester M70 Ultimate Shadow .300 WSM. Fred will contact winner.
Supplies – Chairwoman Reggie/Jack Raynor not in attendance, no report.
Internet Website - Ed Smith not in attendance, no report.
Facebook – Lou Schreiner reported two new events added. Changed date for the start of the Winter League from the 20th to the 8th of January. Number of views and followers continues to increase. Response time has decreased to 12 hours.
Kitchen - Dan Hungerford no report. Information to be discussed in New Business.
Old business – Air purifier order has been cancelled due to unknown availability/delivery dates. Currently waiting on a refund as well as looking into other options.
It was reported that there is an issue with EZ slide pistol when dropped. Contact S & W for further information.
New business – The annual dinner hall reservation has been cancelled due to Covid. Some options were discussed with final plans being determined at a special meeting to be held December 15th and communicated via the newsletter. An option discussed was to have members come at a specified time based alphabetically with membership renewal, voting ballot completion and a take out meal, along with basket raffles.
Voting chair for the voting committee will again be Tom Blackman.
Annual meeting will still be held January 17th, with committee meeting afterwards to complete election. Baskets are needed for the raffles.
Club paid for Weebly website so we get our domain name .

Committee Meeting- after regular meeting, there were thirteen (13) officers and committee members in attendance. The eight (8) new applicants were reviewed with all unanimously voted to approve membership.
With no further business to discuss the Committee meeting was adjourned at 1949.
