February 9, 2017
CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:10 PM by Club Vice President Dan Hungerford (Bob Kuhn in attendance with laryngitis.) The meeting opened with Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag and moment of silence for those protecting our security. There were 17 members present including nine (9) Officers and committee members, and three (3) guests.
Meeting Minutes for Annual Dinner Meeting and Committee Meeting
The Annual Dinner meeting minutes of January 15, 2017 were read and approved on a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Ken Barnes.
The Committee Meeting Minutes of February 2, 2017 were read and approved on a motion by Ken Barnes and 2nd by Tom Blackman.
TREASURER’S REPORT
Bette out of town, therefore there was no Treasurer’s Report.
STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer –ChristiAnne Storman) ChristiAnne not present.
It was noted that the Winter Indoor Archery League is under way.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette)
Fred noted that the Winter Trap League is underway but anyone who would like to join in is welcome to come. The league commenced on Friday January 13. The league will run for 10 weeks with 50 birds per week.
Fred also noted that we have enough birds to get through until fall.
Fred and friends will be working to get the skeet range ready for the 4H to use. We are in need of 9 - 3’x3’ stone pads for stations. Ron Walter to check with his son for the stone.
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Tom Blackman)
Tom noted the Sporter Rifle League is in the 17th week.
Tom noted a need to fill the gap from the floor to the underside of the plank walls.
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron noted that all is well. Snow plowed from today’s 8” snowfall..
SINGLE ACTION SHOOTING SPORTS (Officer Jack Revie, Jack not present)
Tom Blackman noted that SASS is in hibernation for the winter.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike noted the last meeting was average with nothing exciting to report.
12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Karl Eschbach, Karl not in attendance)
The February 2017 gun winner is George Rose (570)553-2716. George won a Henry BigBoy lever action rifle w/ walnut stock in 357/38special cal.
The winning ticket number was #149.
Jim Mayers to notify Mr. Rose.

OLD BUSINESS
A Thank you card from Montrose Area Archery In the Schools Program was received and read regarding our donation to their program.
NEW BUSINESS
There were three (3) new member applications.
Fred noted that Norm McPherson has donated $500.00 for a new flat screen TV for the Trap Lounge.
It was also noted That Critter started hanging doors and cabinets in the Trap Lounge today.
ATTENDANCE POOL
The name drawn for the February 2017 attendance pool was Chip Schmerder. Chip was not in attendance and missed out on a $99.50 pool. The March attendance Pool will be worth $109.50.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:45 PM on a motion by Bob Tucker and 2nd by Bob Elliott.

Due to the lack of a quorum, there was no committee meeting to approve the new member applications.
