CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:12 by Club President, Bob Kuhn, The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were twenty one members present including eleven officers and committee members and three guests.
Meeting Minutes for the January 10, 2019
The Secretary’s meeting minutes of January 10, 2019 were read and approved on a motion by Dave Shaffer and 2nd by Mike DePaola.
Meeting Minutes for the Annual Dinner Meeting
The minutes for the Annual Dinner held on January 13, 2019 were read and approved on a motion by Fred Guyette and 2nd by Roger Marsh
TREASURER’S REPORT
The Treasurer’s report for January 2019 was read and approved on a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Dave Shaffer.
Regular Checking Account balance ---- $13,906.59
Discipline Savings balance -------------- $ 8.903.58
Youth Account balance ------------------- $11,562.95
Savings Account balance ----------------- $9,321.15
American Funds balance ----------------- $43,030.43
STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer –ChristiAnne Storman)
ChristiAnne not in attendance. Christi sent an email to Bob Kuhn which Bob read.
Ron Jacoby noted that the Winter Archery is unofficial. Several archers are shooting and paying the range fee. Ron noted that they will probably continue into March. Hopefully next year will be better organized. Ron to install a lockable range fee box.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette)
Fred noted all is well with trap. Fred turned in $821.75 from the trap league weeks of 1/18, 1/25, 2/1 and 2/8/19.
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Tom Blackman)
Tom not in attendance. Critter noted the range is being used. Dave Byerly not in attendance, No Sporter Rifle League information.
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron noted that all is OK.
SINGLE ACTION SHOOTING SPORTS (Officer Jack Revie)
Jack noted SASS is in hibernation.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike reported that the January meeting was canceled.
Mike noted that the PFSC secretary died.

12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Karl Eschbach)
The February 2019 gun winner is Lauri Parsons 4257 Turnpike Rd. Montrose, PA. The winning ticket # was 579. Ms. Parsons won a Ruger M77 Hawkeye rifle in 280 Rem. cal.

Jack noted all is ok.

Ed noted all is well. It was noted that the officers email address have been removed from the website due to possible attacks.

No report, Dan on vacation in Florida.
OLD BUSINESS
Bob Kuhn read a thank you letter from Susquehanna 4H Shooting Sports, Penn State Coop Ext for our annual donation to them
NEW BUSINESS
There were seven (7) new membership applications to review as follows;
Tom Oleniacz requested seven - eight pieces of cardboard from our stockpile downstairs for use with the Archery In the Schools Program. All approved.
John Dovin is now the coordinator for Choconut Valley Archery In the Schools Program. John has requested a donation to help supply equipment. Motion by Fred Guyette to provide a check in the amount of $500.00 to both Choconut and Lathrop St. Motion 2nd by Jack Raynor. All approved.
Jim Mayers read our response letter to George Capwell.
There are new dates selected for the Susquehanna County Trap League. See club website for further information.
ATTENDANCE POOL
The name drawn for the February 2019 attendance pool was Dick Thrasher. Dick was not in attendance and missed out on a $136.75. The March pool will be worth $146.75.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:55 PM on a motion by Ron Walter.

C. Clark Burr was appointed to fulfill the Director’s seat left by Bob Tucker
The seven (7) new member applications noted above were reviewed and approved.
