CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:05 by Club President Fred Guyette. The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were thirteen (13) members present including eight (8) officers and committee chairs and four guests.
Meeting Minutes for the January 11, 2024 Regular Meeting
The Secretary’s meeting minutes of January 11, 2024 were read by Secretary Jim E. Mayers.
There was a motion to approve by Tom Oleniacz and 2nd by Tom Blackman. All approved.
Minutes for the Annual Dinner and Meeting of January 14, 2024
The minutes from the Annual Dinner and Meeting were read by Secretary Jim E. Mayers. Motion to approve by Jim C. Mayers, motion was 2nd by Dave Byerly. All approved
Committee Meeting of January 25, 2024
The minutes from the committee meeting of January 25, 2024 were read by Secretary Jim E. Mayers. Jim C. Mayers made the motion to approve, Motion 2nd by Dave Byerly. All approved
TREASURER’S REPORT
The Treasurers report for January 31, 2024 was read by Secretary Jim E. Mayers. There was a motion by Tom Blackman and 2nd by Ron Walter to approve the Treasurers report. All approved.

STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer – Matt Forba)
Matt not in attendance, No report
The Winter Indoor Archery “league” has commenced. All welcome to join in the fun.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette)
The Winter Trap league has commenced. All are welcome to join in.
Friday open Trap is ongoing.
Fred noted that he is awaiting dates for the ATA registered shoots.
It was noted that due to the increase of the cost of clay birds, we will have to increase the fees for trap and skeet. The cost will increase from $5.00 per round to $6.00 when we get the next clay target delivery
Monies turned in for Trap and skeet 1/26 $942.00 and 2/2 $520.00
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Tom Blackman)
Tom noted that he turned in $46.75 from the range fee box.
SporteRifle league is in their 18th week of a 21 week schedule.
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron noted all is well.
Outdoor Shooting Sports (Officer Jack Revie)
Jack not in attendance. No report. Fred noted that he welded the steel target back in place after someone shot it off.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike not in attendance, no report
It was noted there is a 2nd Amendment Rally scheduled for April 3rd in Harrisburg. It was also noted that trout stocking will take place 3 weeks in March.
12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Fred Guyette)
The February 2024 winner is Todd Groover from Montrose. The February raffle was for a Mossberg Patriot 6.5 Creedmore. The winning ticket number was #095.
SUPPLIES (Chairperson Reggie Raynor)
Reggie not in attendance.
It was noted that if anyone needs anything regarding kitchen supplies, please call Reggie.

Reminder; We have an ongoing bottle and can drive. Bottles and cans may be left in the shed next to the clubhouse. All proceeds are donated to Leukemia Cancer Research.
NEW BUSINESS
There were four new member applications as follows:
Fred thanked Mike Fabian for the work he has done with the Trap Lounge door preparing it for electronic access.

The name drawn for the January attendance pool was Norm McPherson

With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 8:00.
