January 14, 2021
Called to order at 1905 by club President Jim Mayers.
The meeting opened with Pledge of Allegiance and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were nineteen (19) members present including thirteen (13) officers and committee members. There were also two (2) new applicants present.
Meeting Minutes of December 10, 2020 were read by Secretary Laura Foote with a motion made by Dave Shaffer to accept report seconded by Bob Tucker. Motion approved unanimously.
Treasurers Report of December 10, 2020 was read by Lori Raub with a motion made by Fred Guyette to accept report, seconded by Bob Tucker. Motion approved unanimously.
December – Regular Checking balance – $1,233.90
December - Discipline Savings Account balance – $14,728.47
Youth Account balance- $12,156.39
Savings Account balance- $6654.99
American Funds Balance- $49,163.22
Royalty Account balance – $75.22
Total Balance $84,012.19
Standing Committees
Archery – Officer Jim Mayers Jr. nothing to report.
Trap/Skeet – Fred Guyette reported that wine shoot went well and there are leftover bottles of wine for sale. The winter league continues through March 2nd. Skeet house wiring is complete with new skeet machines being put in. Five stand is working with the rabbit trap now accessible from the button pull. Money turned in for trap 12/11/20 $174.75 skeet $62.00, trap 1/1/21 $164.50, 1/8/21 trap and skeet $378.25, 1/21/21 skeet $23.00 total money turned in $802.50.
Clay birds will be arriving 1/15/21 at 11am with volunteers needed to help unload. Pallets need to be turned back in or an $8.50 charge per pallet will be incurred.
Indoor Pistol Range - Tom Blackman stated all good. There was money from the box turned in at the Committee Meeting with $139.00 being turned in at this meeting.
The Brown Bag League (formerly Lunch League) has started.
Building and Grounds – Chairman Ron Walter nothing to report.
Outdoor Ranges - Chairman Jack Revie nothing to report.
PFSC Chairman - Mike DePaola was not in attendance with no report provided.
12 Gun Raffle – Chairman Karl Eschbach not in attendance.
December winner- Josh Fusse II with ticket number 218 - won Ruger Precision .22. Fred will contact.
Supplies – Chairwoman Reggie Raynor stated everything is fine and to please let her know if something is needed.
Internet / Website - Ed Smith not in attendance with no report provided.
Facebook – Lou Schreiner not in attendance with no report provided.
Kitchen - Dan Hungerford needs count for those that have not yet reserved meals for the Annual Dinner. Currently there are 155 meals reserved.
Old Business – Jack Raynor questioned whether the units were in up above. No and not yet paid, as the warehouse is having COVID issues.
Football pool for anyone in it you will get your money back as Arnie had COVID and was in hospital but is now at home recuperating.
There are raffle baskets and two guns to look at and buy tickets if people cannot be at the Annual Dinner in person.
Purifying unit will be here Sunday for the Annual Dinner.
New Business – Tom Blackman reported that the motion sensor light over the indoor range doesn’t come on. It will be looked at as it is probably a blown bulb.
Motion made by Ron Walter to increase plowing fee from $75.00 to $100.00 seconded by Fred Guyette, approved unanimously.
Jason Shilinski has requested to be a Life Member

Adjournment- with no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 1938 on a motion by Tom Blackman and 2nd by Bob Tucker. Motion approved unanimously.
Committee Meeting- after regular meeting, there were thirteen (13) officers and committee members in attendance. The three (3) new applicants were reviewed with all unanimously voted to approve membership.
With no further business to discuss the Committee meeting was adjourned at 1945.
