CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:10 PM by Club President Bob Kuhn. The meeting opened with Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag and moment of silence for those protecting our security. There were 18 members present including ten (10) Officers and committee members.
Meeting Minutes for December 14, 2017
The meeting minutes of December 14, 2017 were read and approved on a motion by Ron Walter and 2nd by Jack Raynor.
TREASURER’S REPORT
The Treasurer’s report for December 2017 was read and approved on a motion by Fred Guyette and 2nd by Jack Raynor.
Regular Checking Account balance ---- $15,085.59
Discipline Savings balance -------------- $ 2,223.35
Youth Account balance ------------------- $9,231.12
Savings Account balance ----------------- $ 7,721.71
American Funds balance ----------------- $44,645.21
STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer –ChristiAnne Storman)
ChristiAnne was not in attendance.
It was noted that the Indoor Winter Archery needs someone to take charge. Otherwise there will not be a Winter Archery League for 2018. Shawn Orcutt and James Kalman are interested in running the Winter Archery League. We will raise the question at the Annual Meeting to see if there is an interest. May reduce to 10 weeks as opposed to 12 weeks.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette)
Fred noted all is well. The Winter League is scheduled to commence tomorrow 12/12/18.
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Tom Blackman)
Tom not in attendance. No report.
Fred working on obtaining new steel for the indoor range.
Dave Byerly not in attendance. No report on Sporter Rifle League. It was noted that the league is in the 14th week of a 21 week season.

GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron noted all is well. We are still waiting for a refund check from Warner’s Gas for propane. It was noted that there was a freezing problem during the subzero weather last week. Jack Raynor installed heat tape on the frozen pipes.
SINGLE ACTION SHOOTING SPORTS (Officer Jack Revie)
Jack noted all is quiet for the winter.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
No Mike, No Ed. No report.
12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Karl Eschbach)
The January 2018 gun winner is Roger Yarrington from Endwell, NY. Telephone # 607-321-1077. The winning ticket was # 296. Roger won a Savage 116 Weather Warrior w/ synthetic stock and SS barrel in 284 cal rifle. Karl to notify Mr. Yarrington.

Reggie reported all ok. If anyone needs supplies, please call Jack’s house.

KITCHEN_ (Chairman Dan Hungerford)
Dan reported the kitchen is good. Dan noted that his son in law will be helping him at the Annual Dinner on January 14th at Neuman Hall.
OLD BUSINESS
Bob noted that Phyliss McNamara will be teaching the class regarding the use of the difibulator on Saturday 27th at 9:00 AM. Bob is requesting all committee chair persons to attend.
The class if for use on adults is 2 ½ hours, if for use on children it will be 4 ½ hours. Will provide a signup sheet at the Annual Dinner.
NEW BUSINESS
Fred Guyette thanked the club for the flowers sent to his Dad’s wake in Elmira.
There was one (1) new Membership Application to review as follows;
ATTENDANCE POOL
The name drawn for the January 2018 attendance pool was Art Ruck. Art was not present.
The February 2018 attendance Pool will be worth $45.00.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:45 PM on a motion by Ron Walter.

For the lack of a quorum we were unable to vote on the new member application for Kevin Dougherty.
