CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:05 by Club President, Bob Kuhn, The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were twenty one members present including thirteen officers and committee members and three guests.
Meeting Minutes for the December 13, 2018
The Secretary’s meeting minutes of December 13, 2018 were read and approved on a motion by Dave Shaffer and 2nd by Mike DePaola.
TREASURER’S REPORT
The Treasurer’s report for December 2018 was read and approved on a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Dave Shaffer.
Regular Checking Account balance ---- $14,712.91
Discipline Savings balance -------------- $ 6,272.02
Youth Account balance ------------------- $11,562.95
Savings Account balance ----------------- $9,320.91
American Funds balance ----------------- $43,030.43
STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer –ChristiAnne Storman)
ChristiAnne not in attendance. No report. It was reported that nothing has happened in regard to a winter archery league.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette)
Fred noted all is well with trap. Fred thanked Zeb Raub for the work he has done with the trap equipment. Fred noted that he has turned the December trap earnings, $599.00, over to Bette.
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Tom Blackman)
Tom turned over $109.75 from the range fee box to Bette. Tom also noted a winter fun league has commenced on Sunday mornings. If interested, see Tom.
Tom stated that the next handgun class is scheduled for Saturday January 26th and the class is already full (9). Dan Hungerford notified Tom that there is a conflict with a birthday party scheduled for the same day. Tom forgot to notify Dan. Dan & Tom to work out conflict.
Dave Byerly noted the Sporter Rifle League is now in their 13th week of their 21 week season. . Their record stands at six wins and six losses. Dave turned in $24.00 from the range fee box.
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron noted that all is OK.
It was noted that Hinds tank has been removed and stored and the Paraco tank reinstalled and tested and in operation until emptied.
SINGLE ACTION SHOOTING SPORTS (Officer Jack Revie)
Jack not in attendance. Critter noted they are reloading for next season.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike reported that there was no December meeting.

12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Karl Eschbach)
The January 2019 gun winner is Bruce Bonnice, phone number 570-446-3008. The winning ticket # was 506. Bruce won a Ruger 10/22 M1 carbine replica w/ walnut stock plus an extra magazine. Karl to notify Mr. Bonnice.

Ed noted all is well. It was noted that the officers email address have been removed from the website due to possible attacks.

KITCHEN_ (Chairman Dan Hungerford)
Dan noted all is well with the kitchen. Dan advised that there are 7 turkeys in the refrigerator for those who are cooking turkeys for the Annual dinner. Pick them up before you leave the meeting.
Dan noted that he will need them at Neuman Hall no later than 10:30 AM on Sunday.
OLD BUSINESS
Jim Mayers emailed the Winter Newsletter out to the membership.
Fred noted that we need volunteer members to provide baskets to be raffled off at the dinner meeting.
A thank you letter from Arrowhead Bible Conference for the club donation was read.
Fred noted that he has the new calendar(s) available.
NEW BUSINESS
There were four (4) new membership applications to review as follows;

ATTENDANCE POOL
The name drawn for the January 2019 attendance pool was Jerry Cronk. Jerry was not in attendance and missed out on a $126.00. The February pool will be worth $136.75.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:55 PM on a motion by Dave Shaffer.
Committee Meeting
The four new member applications noted above were reviewed and approved.
It was determined that after a lengthy discussion that Bob Kuhn will remain another year as the club President.
