CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:05 by Club President Fred Guyette. The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were twenty four (24) members present including eleven (11) officers and committee chairs and two guests.
Meeting Minutes for the December 8, 2022 Regular Meeting
The Secretary’s meeting minutes of December 8, 2022 were read by Secretary Jim Mayers. There were no exceptions to the minutes. There was a motion to approve as read by Mike DePoala and 2nd by Dave Shaffer. All approved
TREASURER’S REPORT
The Treasurers report for December 2022 was read by Treasurer Lori Raub and approved on a motion by Pat Natale and 2nd Mike DePaola, All approved.

STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer –Jim C. Mayers)
Jim noted all is quiet with nothing to report.
The Indoor Archery “League” has started, all are welcome to join. There were only two lonely shooters.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette)
Friday night Trap is ongoing.
The “Wine Shoot” held on December 18th, took in $929.00 Expenses were $570, Total amount realized was $359.00
The Winter Trap League commenced on January 6th. All are welcome to join in.
Monies received Trap & Skeet;
Trap on 12/6 was $385.00
Skeet $435.00 for December
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Tom Blackman)
Tom noted all is good. It was noted that the Sporterifle League is in its 14th week. There was a two to three week layoff period.
Also the Sunday morning “Lunch League” has commenced with approximately 12 shooters.
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron noted that there is a lot of wood split that needs to be moved into the shed for the winter.
It was noted that the septic system has been pumped out.
Outdoor Shooting Sports (Officer Jack Revie)
Jack noted he has turned $133.35 from the range fee box. Otherwise all is ok.
Fred noted that the site has been kept clean.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike noted there wasn’t a quorum at the last meeting. No game warden(s) showed up.
The meeting consisted of general discussions.
12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Fred Guyette)
The January 2023 winner is Steve Demerest (570) 396-1500. The January raffle was for a CZ 457 LUX 22 Mag.. The winning ticket was #348. Fred Guyette to notify Mr. Demerest

SUPPLIES (Chairperson Reggie Raynor)
Reggie not in attendance. It was noted that all the paper supplies have been purchased for the Annual Dinner and are in the kitchen.

Ed not in attendance.

KITCHEN_ (Chairman TBD)
It was noted that we need someone to take over Dan’s duties. There were STILLNOT a single hand raised to volunteer. May need to appoint a chairperson.
OLD BUSINESS
Discussion ensued regarding the indoor and outdoor range fees. It was determined that a single $40.00 Annual Range fee per person will cover both the indoor and outdoor ranges.
It is noted that we need baskets for the Annual Dinner on January 15, 2023. All are welcome to provide a basket or anything of value to be raffled off.
Discussed the “Jackpot Bingo” plans at Tall Pines scheduled for February 18th. There will be a maximum of one hundred (100) tickets sold at $150.00. The $100.00 will go toward the guns and $50.00 towards lunch and an open bar. Five of the guns will be worth over $1,000.00 each.
NEW BUSINESS
There were four (4) New Member Applications, as follows;
It was noted that the Vestal PD has paid the club $300.00 for the use of the 100 yard rifle range for their training.
ATTENDANCE POOL
The name drawn for the January attendance pool was Jack Revie. Jack hauled in the December and January pools. Jack’s haul was approximately $20.00.
