CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:02 PM by Club President Bob Kuhn. The meeting opened with Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag and moment of silence for those protecting our security. There were 22 members present including twelve (12) Officers and committee members. There was also four guests were present.
Meeting Minutes for June 8, 2017
The meeting minutes of June 8, 2017 were read and approved on a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Henry Pyke.
TREASURER’S REPORT
The Treasurer’s report for June 2017 was read and approved on a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Dave Byerly.
Regular Checking Account balance ---- $4,096.69

STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer –ChristiAnne Storman)
ChristiAnne noted that the June 3D shoot had 16 shooters compete. The shoot brought in $147.00 in registration fees and $63.50 from the kitchen.

The sign was purchased for $110.00. The sign purchase was approved at the June meeting NTE $200.00
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette)
Fred noted that the Friday night open shoots are continuing and have also resumed the Monday afternoon ATA shoots.
There was a delivery of 23 pallets of clay birds.
The Susquehanna County Trap League has completed the season. A banquet for the County league is scheduled for Saturday August 12 at Central. Silver Lake came in 2nd in the league.
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Tom Blackman)
Tom noted that he turned over $37.00 for June from the range fee box.
Tom noted that we need to replace the target holders as the shooters are hitting them instead of the paper targets.
Dan Hungerford noted that he came in and found the range exhaust fan had been left on. Everyone who uses the ranges are required to insure all lights and fans are turned off as well as making sure the building is secured.
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron was not in attendance. No report available.
It was noted that Lori Raub would take the fire extinguishers and have them recharged through Raub Construction. Bob expressed thanks to Raub Construction for repairing/replacing the damaged overhead door panel at the new trap lounge and also installing a snow shield.
SINGLE ACTION SHOOTING SPORTS (Officer Jack Revie)
Jack was not in attendance. Tom Blackman noted the next SASS shoot is scheduled for next Sunday. All are welcome.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike noted the last PFSC meeting was held at Rock Mountain. The meeting was routine with QDMA sponsoring the meeting.
Ed Smith noted numerous bills were discussed but nothing was accomplished.

12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Karl Eschbach, Karl not present)
The July 2017 gun winner is Kevin Brown 95 Conklin Forks Rd. Binghamton, NY 13905. The winning ticket was # 291. Kevin won a Ruger American 22 cal. bolt action w/ a walnut stock.

Jack noted all is well.
INTERNET WEB SITE (Chairman Ed Smith )
Ed noted that all is good on the website. Ed also noted items are being looked at and sold.
Reminder, there is now a page for Members Only to buy, Sell or Trade items.

KITCHEN_ (Chairman Dan Hungerford)
Dan noted all is well in the kitchen.
OLD BUSINESS
Ken Barnes has offered to set up a Defibrillator use class. Date(s) for the class to be determined.by the next meeting.
It was again noted that tables and chairs are being taken (borrowed) without advising Dan Hungerford. Everyone (not just a few, EVERYONE) borrowing chairs and or tables must request them by notifying Dan and sign them out.
It was again noted that any and all 100 yard target shooting must be done on the designated 100 yard range. The long range rifle range is to be used for 200 to 400 yard shooting only. Jack notified BPD officer Bob Charpinsky.

ATTENDANCE POOL
The name drawn for the July 2017 attendance pool was Ken Cooper, Ken was not in attendance and missed out on a $157.00 pool. The August attendance Pool will be worth $168.50.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:40 PM on a motion by Christi-Anne Storeman.
Committee Meeting
There were twelve (12) officers and Committee Chairpersons in attendance. The five (5) New Membership applications listed above were reviewed and approved.
