CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:55 PM by Committee Chairman Dave Shaffer.
 
Attendance; Bob Kuhn, Jim Mayers, Dave Shaffer, Jack Legg, Karl Eschbach, Jack Revie, Fred Guyette, Christi-Anne Storman, Dan Hungerford, Bob Tucker and Tom Blackman.
 
Next Door Property
Dave Shafer noted the property next door (to the west) is for sale. The property includes the house, well, septic and power. The property is 3.5 acres. The owner is Lisa Fike.
There is a Lien on the property valued at $47,700.00. The asking price is $55,000.00
 
Karl Eschbach made a motion to have Bob Kuhn make an offer of $25,000.00 to start. All agreed
 
We still need to determine if the 500 foot minimum distance to discharge a firearm would be in effect if someone else buys the property. Mike DePaola to check with PFSC and Jack Legg to ask Mike Giangreco for his opinion.
 
 
With No further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 8:20.
