CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:05 by Club President, Bob Kuhn, The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were twenty one members present including sixteen officers and committee members
Special Message from Bob Kuhn
Bob read a special message prior to the meeting getting started. There was no discussion following the reading of the special message. Bob warned that some individuals are causing concerns due to what could be described as a lack of respect for those who work so hard to keep the club moving forward in a positive way. The problems have been ongoing for the past three months. It was noted if these problems did not cease the persons would be requested to resign their position(s) (Bob’s Message is attached to the official minutes)
Meeting Minutes for the June 14, and the Committee Meeting of June 21, 2018
The meeting minutes of June 14, 2018 and the Committee Meeting of June 21 were read and approved on a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Tom Oleniacz.
TREASURER’S REPORT
The Treasurer’s report for June 2018 was read and approved on a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Tom Oleniacz.
Regular Checking Account balance ---- $20, 610.06
Discipline Savings balance -------------- $ 3,727.80
Youth Account balance ------------------- $13,887.95
Savings Account balance ----------------- $9,319.49
American Funds balance ----------------- $44,137.32
STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer –ChristiAnne Storman)
ChristiAnne noted that the scheduled 3D shoot held on July 1st had 25 shooters. The registration and kitchen took in $272.75
Tom Oleniacz noted the kids he was teaching provided $53.00 in range fees. Also Tom brought in $53.00 from the range fee boxes. Total Range Fees $106.00.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette)
Fred noted all is well with Trap. The past several Friday nights have brought in a total of $929.50. The kitchen brought in an additional $120.00. Also four cases of shells were sold for $200.00 and nine boxes of shells sold for $45.00.
The 4/29 SLR&G Club shoot held at New Milford brought in $690.00
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Tom Blackman)
It was noted that the new steel has been delivered. We need a schedule and plan to get it installed. We also need to get the lead removed from the backstop area.
Tom also turned over $96.00 from the range fee box.
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter, Ron not in attendance)
Bob Tucked noted a shooting mat has been installed at the 100 yard rifle range.
SINGLE ACTION SHOOTING SPORTS (Officer Jack Revie)
Jack noted that only seven (7) shooters attended the last SASS shoot.
Registration at 9:00 A.M., All are welcome.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike reported that the last PFSC meeting was held at Rock Mountain. The discussion was related to CWD. New PFSC Commissioner is Stan Konick. The Youth Field days will be held at Canawacta on September 22.
PFSC raffle tickets are available. See Mike or Ed and get a handful of tickets.
12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Karl Eschbach)
The July 2018 gun winner is Doug Wiser Sr. Winning ticket was #142. Doug won Ruger American 22 magnum. Doug Wiser Sr. 6990 Laurel Lake Rd. Brackney, PA 18812. Phone # 607-768-2349.
SUPPLIES (Chairman Reggie Raynor)
Jack noted all is well. If anyone needs supplies, please call Jack’s house.

Dan reported the kitchen is good.
OLD BUSINESS
Fred noted we should buy new archery targets from Lancaster Archery
Dave Shaffer noted that he sold the used brass casings and received $50.00 for the scrap brass.
NEW BUSINESS
The club has received a donation from the Silver Lake Silver Needles (Quilt Club) in the amount of $100.00

There were no comments from the floor.
ATTENDANCE POOL
The name drawn for the July 2018 attendance pool was Jay Mahler. Jay was not in attendance and missed out on a $58.00 pool. The August pool will be worth $69.00
