July 9, 2020
Called to order at 7:05 PM by club President Jim Mayers.
The meeting opened with Pledge of allegiance and a moment of silence for those protecting our security. There were 15 members present including 11 officers and committee members. There were also 4 new applicants present.
Secretary meeting minutes for June 11 ,2020 were read by Jim Mayers, Motion made by Dave Shaffer to accept report and seconded by Jim Mayers Jr.
Committee Meeting Minutes for May 16 were read by President Jim Mayers, Motion made by Dave Shaffer to accept report and seconded by Jim Mayers Jr.
Treasurers Report- the June treasurers report was read and approved by Dave Shaffer and 2nd by Tom Oleniacz.

Archery – Officer Jim Mayers Jr. reported on the June 14 shoot, there were 22 overall shooters (5 members and 17 guests) and July 5, 2020 with 16 shooters (5 members and 11 guests).

Trap – Fred Guyette reported on the June 22 and July 7 ATA registered shoots
Fred noted that we have 3 Complementary memberships available for any new shooter that would like to try shooting ATA events.
Bob Kuhn reported that the Traps machines have been serviced and adjusted, Fred noted that the doubles look a lot better for being level.
Winter League is finished and hoping to schedule the banquet/Fish Fry in a couple of weeks. Fred will put date on the website and our Facebook page.

Indoor Pistol Range- Tom Blackman reported that not much is going on and he turned in $64.00.
Bob Kuhn asked Tom Blackman if he was planning any future pistol Classes? He had some calls asking about the classes. Tom answered that he has done some one on one and he is open to any one that would like to have a class they can contact him to schedule, but nothing scheduled at this time.
Building and Grounds – Chairman Ron Walter was absent. Tom Oleniacz and Bob Tucker reported the mowing is going good and Clark Burr is also helping with the mowing and weed whacking.
Outdoor Ranges-- Chairman Jack Revie reported that the new drainage ditch hasn’t been started waiting for some cooler weather.
PFSC Chairman - Mike DePaola was absent no report.
12 Gun Raffle – Chairman Karl Eschbach not present-
Pres. Jim Mayers asked Fred what the status is with Manny’s guns. Fred reported that he is doing business and transfers on his back outside door but not allowing anyone inside at this time. Fred reported that he contacted the winner of last month’s gun (Charles Canfield).
July’s winner- Brian Beavan ticket #062 – sold by Steve Heath- won Ruger American .22 Mag w/Simmons 4x32 scope. Fred to contact Brian.
Supplies – Chairwoman Reggie Raynor - not present Fred reported all is good and Reggie and Jack Raynor are doing good with keeping up with the supplies.
Internet Website - Ed Smith not present no report
Kitchen - Dan Hungerford noted all is good!
Old business –
Fred reported that the cooling/ heating system for the Trap lounge is at the distributers and Lori to send Karl Eschbach a check to pay for the new system. Fred noted that he talked to Karl to install as soon as possible but he is very busy. Fred to keep in touch with Karl.
New business –
Jim Mayers Jr report on the status of the tractor that needs servicing, on clarifying the payment procedure. Treasurer Lori Raub said they can call her and have a phone transfer. Jim to get with Ron Walter and schedule to have done soon, as we are over our 50 hour service.
Jim Mayers Jr would like to start program at the club for the Archery in Schools Program. Jim will report on at next meeting
Jim Mayers Jr proposed getting Challenge Coins for prizes. Jim passed around a couple of samples he had and there was a discussion on the floor with Jim noting there would be a $99.00 set up fee for each side of the coin and a cost of around 3.45 for each coin. Coins he was looking at were made by Veterans. Tom Oleniacz made a motion and seconded by Fred Guyette that Jim look into more and report back at the next meeting. There was a vote taken with all but one in favor of.
Pres. Jim Mayers reported on possibly getting 2 skeet machines that have eight stacks (300 birds) to replace the existing Winchester trap we are now using that only hold 80 birds and have to be filled in the middle of a round if more than 4 shooters are on the line. There is a set of (2) available to purchase for a price of $3,000.00 ($1500.00 each). There was a discussion on the floor and Tom Oleniacz made a motion to pursue, to be resolved at next directors meeting or regular scheduled meeting.
