CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:05 by Club President Fred Guyette. The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were twenty (20) members present including twelve (12) officers and committee chairs. There was also one guest signed in. (plus Zeb)
Meeting Minutes for the June 9, 2022 Regular meeting
The Secretary’s meeting minutes of June 9, 2022 were read by Secretary Jim Mayers. There were no exceptions to the minutes. There was a motion to approve by Mike DePoala and 2nd by Dave Shaffer. All approved
TREASURER’S REPORT
The Treasurers report for June 2022 was read by Treasurer Lori Raub and approved on a motion by Mike DePoala and 2nd by Dave Shaffer, All approved.

STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer –Jim C. Mayers)
Jim noted that the June 3D shoot was held on June 12. There were 21 shooters on hand. Registration took in $140.00 and the kitchen took in $100.00.
The July shoot was held on July 10. Fifteen shooters participated. Registration took in $155 with $55.00 taken in for the kitchen.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette)
Fred noted the Roger Everitt Shoot took in $8,978.00. Also there was $200.00 in donations. $100.00 from Mr. & Mrs. George McGeorge.
The registered ATA shoot had 7 shooters.
Bob Tucker noted that the upper trap was fixed to shoot wobble.
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Tom Blackman)
Tom noted all is good. Tom turned in $161.00 from the range fee box.
Fred noted that on the night of Friday July 7, he found the downstairs door was left wide open with the lock left on the table.
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron not in attendance. It was noted that all is well.
Outdoor Shooting Sports (Officer Jack Revie)
Jack noted that all is well.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike noted the last meeting seemed to be awkward. Venue changed. Mike noted that the familiar Youth Field Days are now called Family Field Days.
Mike also noted that he has PFSC raffle tickets. $5.00 per ticket or 3 for $10.00. Drawing scheduled for September 24.
The next meeting is scheduled for Silver Lake on the 28th.
12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Fred Guyette)
The July 2022 gun winner is David Baldwin from Little Meadows. The winning ticket was # 483. Critter to notify Mr. Baldwin. David won a Savage Axis II with synthetic stock w/ SS barrel in 243 caliber with a 3x9 scope.
SUPPLIES (Chairman Reggie Raynor)
Reggie not in attendance. No report.

KITCHEN_ (Chairman Dan Hungerford)
Dan noted all is well.
OLD BUSINESS
It was noted that the heat and AC has now been completed in the Trap Lounge.
It was also noted that the Skeet machines have been fixed and are back in working order. It was determined that the Friday Skeet shooters will have a free day to make up for the extended period of lost weeks.
Fred noted that the trap speakers have been reprogrammed and are in good working order.
It was further noted that Pat McPherson worked on the flag pole light. It is now working and a receptacle has been added to the pole.
NEW BUSINESS
Discussed in general the proposed BBQ pit at the Club House. Tom Ellis will also provide a cooler and a refrigerator. Cooler to be in the $3,200.00 range Concrete slab to be 10’ x 20’ with 6” x 6” treatd posts with a metal roof. Todd and Evan Everitt and Zeb to pour the slab. More details to be determined.
There were Three New Member Applications, as follows;
- Cinnamon Benedict Montrose. Sponsor Jim Mayers.
- Noah Conklin Binghamton, Sponsor Dan Hungerford.
- Jason Cook Hallstead. Sponsor Fred Guyette
- There were no comments from the floor.
ATTENDANCE POOL
The name drawn for the July attendance pool was Clark Burr. Clark was not in attendance. The pool was $11.00. The $11.00 will be turned over into the August pool.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:47 PM.
