​CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:10 PM by Committee Chairman Dave Shaffer.
 
Attendance; Bob Kuhn, Jim Mayers, Dave Shaffer, Jack Legg, Karl Eschbach, Jack Revie, Fred Guyette, Christi-Anne Storman, Dan Hungerford, Bob Tucker and Tom Blackman.
 
Next Door Property
Dave Shafer noted the property next door (to the west) is for sale. The property includes the house, well, septic and power. The property is 3.5 acres. The owner is Lisa Fike.
There is a Lien on the property. It is unknown at this time how much the Lien is worth.
The first order of business is to determine how much the lien is valued at.
 
Jack Raynor noted that he has check with Goodrich Implement for a Kubota Tractor with a loader and 5-6’ rear deck mower. Price $22,902. It was discussed that we need to get several prices before we spend anything on a major purchase.
 
Christi Anne noted that she has a “Lifetime “membership at “Eders” to purchase 3D targets.
Karl Eschbach made a motion to purchase nine (9) new 3D targets and two (2) bag targets at a maximum of $4,000.00. Fred to check with his local wholesaler for a purchase price.
Motion 2nd by Christi-Anne. Motion approved and carried.
 
It was noted that there is a large amount of lead in the existing rubber at the indoor range this lead needs to be removed and reclaimed. The club to remove the lead from the rubber.
Bob & Carol Williams from Bainbridge NY reclaim lead but are limited to how much they can remove at one time. Karl noted he could load his truck and transport the lead to the Williams’ Bainbridge location. 
 
 
With No further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 8:25.
