CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:05 by Club President, Bob Kuhn. The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were twenty members present including twelve officers and committee members, and one guest.
Meeting Minutes for the May 9, 2019
The Secretary’s meeting minutes of May 9, 2019 were read and approved on a motion by Mike DePoala and 2nd by Jim Mayers II.
TREASURER’S REPORT
The Treasurers report for April was read and approved on a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Fred Guyette. The Treasurer’s report for May was read and approved on a motion by Mike DePoala and 2nd by Ken Matthews. All approved.

STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer –ChristiAnne Storman)
Ms. Storman submitted an email to Bob Kuhn resigning as Archery Chairperson effective immediately. She did note in her missive that there were 13 shooters at the June 3D shoot.
Registration and kitchen took in $148.50.25. Ed to post winners on the website.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette)
Fred noted that the Roger Everitt Memorial Shoot was a huge success. There were 24 shooters on Saturday and 31 on Sunday. Silver Lake Rod & Gun Club took in a total of $6,600.00 for the weekend which is the 2nd highest total ever for this event.
Bob thanked all who helped over the weekend including the following; Todd and Wyatt Everitt, Fred Guyette, Ron Hollenbeck, Clark Burr, Jerry Homsher, Jim Mayers II, Ken & Linda Matthews, Dan Hungerford, Michael Kuhn, Gary Hill, Tom Oleniacz, Liz Foote, Zeb, Lori & Zeke Raub, Jack & Reggie Raynor, Carl & Toni Schweder, Bob & Janet Kuhn, Linda Shea, Tom Petrzela, 4H members, Carol Rosenkrans, Julie Dantini, Marion Furguson, and Norm McPherson.
Bob Kuhn read off the winners for the Roger Everitt Memorial. Winner results to be posted on the web site.
Also the Friday night shoots were as follows; 5/10/19 $178.00, 5/17, $291.50, 5/24/19 - $188.00, 6/7/19- $300.00. The kitchen took in $140.00.
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Tom Blackman)
Tom was not in attendance, No report.
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron was not in attendance, no report. Bob Kuhn noted that the Gator was not running properly.
Ron Jacoby to check out the problem.
SINGLE ACTION SHOOTING SPORTS (Officer Jack Revie)
Jack not in attendance. There was no report.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike noted the last monthly PFSC meeting was held at Blue Ridge. It was a routine meeting with nothing special to report. Ed Smith noted that the Farm Bureau is against Sunday hunting and is pushing for NO shooting on Sundays.
It was also noted that there will be 46,000 antlerless deer licenses’ issued in 3C.

12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Karl Eschbach)
The June 2019 gun winner is Steve Heath, 52 Clinton St. Binghamton, NY, phone # 607-222-1405. The winning ticket was # 256. Mr. Heath won a Savage Axis in 6.5 Creedmore.

Reggie noted all is well.

Dan thanked all who helped in the kitchen and those who supplied goodies for the Roger Everitt Memorial.
OLD BUSINESS
Fred noted that Laura Foote purchased a computer and printer. Apparently the cost exceeded the authorized price Not To Exceed $1200.00.
NEW BUSINESS
It was noted that the Club has received a $100.00 donation from our next door neighbor Doug Lattner. Jim Mayers noted that he has mailed out a Thank you note.
There were two new member applications to review;
ATTENDANCE POOL
The name drawn for the June 2019 attendance pool was Chris Oleniacz. Chris was not in attendance and missed out on a pool worth $22.50. The July pool will be worth $33.00.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:45 PM on a motion by Mike DePoala.
Committee Meeting
The two new membership applications, as noted above, were reviewed and approved. It was noted that Guiseppe has been a member previously.
Jim Mayers II was nominated to take over as the Archery Committee Chairman. All approved.
