CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:05 PM by Club President Bob Kuhn. The meeting opened with Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag and moment of silence for those protecting our security. There were 25 members present including 13 Officers and committee members and 1 guest.
Secretary Meeting Minutes for Feb. 11, 2016
The Secretary’s meeting minutes of February 11, 2016 and the Committee Meeting minutes of January 25, 2016 were read and approved on a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Ron Walter.
TREASURER’S REPORT
The January 2016 Treasurer’s Report was read and approved on a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Dennis Byerly.
February Regular Checking – Balance $8,353.69
February Disc. Savings – Balance $2,133.14
February Youth Account - Balance $4,200.70
February Savings Account - Balance $10,372.69
February American Funds- Balance $48,017.27
STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer Jordan Parsons, Jordan not present)
It was noted that the Winter Archery League is in the 10th week of the 12 week schedule.
The 3D shoot schedule is as follows; April 3rd, May 1st, June 12th (due to the Roger Everitt Memorial), July 10th, August 7th, and concluding on September 4th.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette)
Fred was not in attendance.
Norm McPherson noted the ATA shoots will commence on March 28. The Monday trap will re-commence on Monday the 21st. The Monday shoots will continue thru the summer.
Silver Lake will support a 2nd team for the Susquehanna County Trap League.
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Sam Williamson)
Sam noted he has $129.00 from the range fee box to turn over.
Sam also noted that the new range fee signs have been posted for the indoor range.
It was also noted that this week will conclude the Sporter Rifle League for the winter.
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron noted that he has changed the combinations to reflect the new 2016 combinations noted on the membership cards.
Ron also noted the new parts are in for the mower deck.
The footers are being formed for the new trap lounge expansion.
It was noted that Jack has installed new lights for the hallway in the clubhouse.
SINGLE ACTION SHOOTING SPORTS (Officer Jack Revie)
Jack noted the SASS operations are still in winter hibernation and will resume on April 17th.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
It was noted that the February meeting was held in Lawton. There were two fish e=wardens in attendance. Silver Lake Rod & Gun Club will host the next meeting on March 24th.
Ed Smith noted there numerous legislative items discussed. Sunday hunting appears to be stalled.

12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Karl Eschbach, Karl not in attendance)
The March 2016 gun winner is Paul Ripic, ph# 607-748-1259. Paul won a Howa 1500 7MM Remington Mag with a 4x12x40 Bushnell scope. The winning ticket was #183.
SUPPLIES (Chairman Reggie Raynor)
Jack reported all ok with the supplies.
INTERNET WEB SITE (Chairman Ed Smith)
Ed Smith noted all is ok. Ed reminded all that he now has a page for Members Only to buy, Sell or Trade items.

KITCHEN_ (Chairman Dan Hungerford)
Dan noted all ok with the kitchen. Dan also noted that anyone who wants to reserve the clubhouse or borrow chairs or tables need to coordinate with him.
OLD BUSINESS
There was two Thank You letters read for the donations made. The first letter was from the Montrose Area School District for the donations for the Archery in the Schools Program. The 2nd letter was from Arrowhead Bible Camp for the Club donation for their archery program for disadvantaged youth and adults.
All ranges including 3D, Rifle, SASS, indoor pistol and indoor archery will require a $3.00 range fee for all users. New signs and money boxes are required.
NEW BUSINESS
There are two (2) new member applications to review and approve.
There are as follows;
Trap Lounge Expansion status, Footers are to be poured on 3/11, The delay was due to waiting for anchor bolts.
There is a burn ban for Susquehanna County thru April 4th.
The Blackman’s will be holding another hand gun training class on Saturday March 26th. There are still open slots.
Discussed having a Spring Work Day. No date was determined.
ATTENDANCE POOL
The name drawn for the March 2016 attendance pool was Ron Walter. Ron graciously donated his winnings back to the pool.
The April attendance pool will be worth $34.50
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 8:00 PM on a motion by Mike DePaola.

There were thirteen (13) officers and committee members in attendance. There were two (2) new member applications as noted above. All applications were reviewed and approved.
Committee meeting adjourned at 8:15 PM.
