CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:03 PM by Club President Bob Kuhn. The meeting opened with Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag and moment of silence for those protecting our security. There were 27 members present including twelve (12) Officers and committee members.
Meeting Minutes for the February 8, 2018
The meeting minutes of February 8, 2018 were read and approved on a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Roger Marsh.
TREASURER’S REPORT
The Treasurer’s report for February 2018 was read and approved on a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Jim Mayers.
Regular Checking Account balance ---- $17,952.78
Discipline Savings balance -------------- $ 2,964.69
Youth Account balance ------------------- $9,231.12
Savings Account balance ----------------- $ 7,721.91
American Funds balance ----------------- $44,645.21
STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer –ChristiAnne Storman)
ChristiAnne noted that they are waiting for good weather to set up for the first 3D shoot scheduled for Sunday May 6th.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette) Fred not in attendance.
Bob Tucker noted that the Friday night Trap shoots are ongoing. The Winter Trap League in now in the seventh week. It was noted that $603.00 was turned in for 2/9, 2/16, 2/23 and Wednesday 2/10. Bob also listed all the dates for the upcoming trap season. Please see the club website for all dates and locations.
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Tom Blackman)
Tom noted they are eager to get the new steel and installing it for the indoor range. Tom noted that $290.00 was turned in from the range fee box.
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron noted all is well. The door handle on the side door to the clubhouse has been replaced. Ron also noted the mower deck has been removed for Christi Anne’s use for the 3D setup.
SINGLE ACTION SHOOTING SPORTS (Officer Jack Revie)
Jack not in attendance, Dave Schaffer noted all is quiet. First SASS shoot is scheduled for the 3rd Sunday in April.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike reported that the last PFSC meeting was routine and had nothing special to report.
12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Karl Eschbach)
The March 2018 gun winner is none other than Jim Mayers, 307 McGraw Road, Friendsville, PA 18818 the Winning ticket was # 334. Jim won a Savage 111 Syn/Blue, w/ muzzle break, Accu trigger, DBM, Bolt action 30-06 rifle. (rifle turned out to have a youth stock)

Jack not in attendance, no report. If anyone needs supplies, please call Jack’s house.

Dan reported the kitchen is good.
OLD BUSINESS
It was reported that the Warner Gas has refunded the club for the unused propane. Amount refunded was $1,596.52
NEW BUSINESS
Bob Tucker proposed to set up trail cameras to detect who is and who is not cleaning up after themselves after shooting. Bob to utilize his own cameras.
Tom Blackman noted that the next handgun training class is scheduled for March 10 at the club.
There was two (2) new Membership Applications to review as follows;
ATTENDANCE POOL
The name drawn for the March 2018 attendance pool was Tom Spencer. Tom not in attendance and missed out on a $6.00 pool. The April pool will be worth $24.00
ADJOURNMENT
