CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:07 by Club President, Fred Guyette. The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were twenty two (22) members present including twelve (12) officers and committee members and two guests.
Meeting Minutes for the February 10, 2022 Regular and Committee meeting
The Secretary’s meeting minutes of Feb 10, 2022 regular meeting and Committee meeting were read and approved with one correction. The Committee Meeting Minutes should have read, “A letter was sent to the former secretary Laura Foote by Attorney Mike Giangreco” not Fred. Minutes approved on a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Jim Mayers 11.
TREASURER’S REPORT
The Treasurers report for February was read by Secretary Jim Mayers, (Lori on vacation) and approved on a motion by Dave Byerly and 2nd by Mike DePaola, All approved.

STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer –Jim Mayers II)
Jim noted that the Rhinehart elk target has been delivered and to be stored in the trap lounge garage. Jim also noted that he will be contacting the archery people on the list to prepare to set the course for the upcoming 3D season.
It was also noted that there are typically 3 archers shooting indoors on Tuesday nights.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette)
Fred reported Friday open trap is ongoing.
Monies turned over were not recorded.
Bob Tucker requesting a second Trap team from Silver Lake for the Susquehanna County Trap League. Total Skeet money for February was $112.00
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Tom Blackman)
Tom reported that he turned in $234.00 from the indoor range fee box.
The Sporter Rifle League has concluded for the season. Silver Lake finished with a six (6) win and fifteen (15) losses.
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron noted all is well. New thermostats have been installed in the Club House upstairs and downstairs. Security cameras have also been installed in the clubhouse as well as a door stop for the side door.
Outdoor Shooting Sports (Officer Jack Revie)
Jack not in attendance, no report.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike noted there was no meeting last month. The new game warden’s name is John Bauman. The State Legislature is working on new budgets.
The next PFSC meeting is to be hosted at Silver Lake.
12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Fred Guyette)
The March 2022 gun winner is Jack Legg. (Jack has passed away. Fred to contact Jack’s sons.
The March 2022 gun is a Mossberg 835 12 gauge w/ synthetic stock.

Dan noted all is well. Dan also noted he will not be available for the Roger Everett shoot.
OLD BUSINESS
The old issue from the IRS stating we owe back taxes has been resolved. We do NOT owe any back taxes.
NEW BUSINESS
Motion by Bob Tucker 2nd by Dave Byerly that the Club purchase two BoB tickets from the Silver Lake Volunteer FD. All approved.
A letter from John Dovin of the Choconut Valley Youth Athletic Association was read. Mr. Dovin noted the CVYAA has a total of 65 archers of which 23 will be going to the State tournament to compete. Mr. Dovin is requesting a donation as we have previously done. A motion was made by Dave Shaffer and 2nd by Jim Mayers 11 to donate $500.00 to CVYAA. All approved.
Matt Forba offered to provide a Hunter Safety course. The course is typically held on a Sunday. It will be a one day course. Date TBD.
There were four (4) new membership applications read as follows; Keith Bryan sponsor Dennis Copp, Ryan Miller sponsor Critter, Stanley Olbrys sponsor Dan Hungerford., and Spero Zervos sponsor Jim Ryan. There was also a request and check ($250.00) from Jim Ryan for a Life Membership. There were no comments from the floor.
ATTENDANCE POOL
There was no name drawn for March as the previous secretary did not turn over the club money and equipment until yesterday
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:53 PM

There were twelve (12) officers and committee members as listed on the attendance sheet (attached)
The four (4) new membership applications as noted above were approved as was the Life Membership request by Jim Ryan.
