CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:05 by Club President, Bob Kuhn. The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were nineteen members present including thirteen officers and committee members.
Meeting Minutes for the April 11, 2019
The Secretary’s meeting minutes of April 11, 2019 were read and approved on a motion by Mike DePoala and 2nd by Dave Shaffer.
TREASURER’S REPORT
Due to technical difficulties, there was no Treasurer’s Report.
STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer –ChristiAnne Storman)
The first 3D shoot was help on May 5th. There were 18 shooters in attendance. Weather was rainy. Registration and kitchen took in $198.25. Christi Anne thanked all who helped out. Ed to post winners on the website.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette)
Fred not in attendance. Norm McPherson noted that he turned over $698.50 for the Friday night shoots. Also turned over $319.00 for the last ATA shoot.
The County Trap league shoot held at Silver Lake took in $734.00 for registrations and $160.00 from the kitchen. The ATA shoot held on 4/22 took in $654.00.
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Tom Blackman)
Tom noted all is well with the Indoor Range. Tom also noted he turned in $65.00 from the range fee box. Also the rubber has been replaced and the lead has been removed.
The awards banquet for the Sporter Rifle league held in Brooks BBQ in Oneonta was excellent.
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron noted that all is OK. The Gator has been serviced.
SINGLE ACTION SHOOTING SPORTS (Officer Jack Revie)
Jack not in attendance. Dave Shaffer noted there was nothing to report.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike noted the last monthly PFSC meeting was “Lack Luster” not much to report.
hosted by Silver Lake Rod & Gun Club. The meeting was a typical monthly with nothing special to report other than some changes in the bear season.

12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Karl Eschbach)
The May 2019 gun winner is Jack Botero, 929 Milan Avenue, Endicott, NY 607-343-0922. The winning ticket was # 174. Mr. Botero won a KOFS Tactical 12 ga.w/ ejectors

Jack noted all ok.

KITCHEN_ (Chairman Dan Hungerford)
Dan not in attendance. It was noted that we need another refrigerator. Jack Legg to check into a used refrigerator. Critter noted he has one that we can have.
OLD BUSINESS
Bob noted that there were 15 people in attendance at the Spring Cleanup day on May 4th. Worked on the indoor range, trap lounge, skeet house, firewood, cleaned skeet and trap houses, Unable to do any outside work due to the rain.
Claybirds delivered at $681.00 per skid.
NEW BUSINESS
The Roger Everitt Memorial Shoot is scheduled for June 1st and June 2nd. Still in need of volunteers and raffle baskets. Need someone to sell tickets for raffles and cashiers for the BBQ chicken sales. Bob to speak with Lori & Zeb to work the kitchen. Jim Mayers (2nd) and Mike Kuhn volunteered to work the weekend.
Laura Foote noted we are still in need of a computer for all the sports. Laura noted she thought $1000.00 would be enough including a printer. Laura noted she will try to get a better price through her work place. Motion by Critter to purchase a computer and printer NTE $1,200.00. Motion 2nd by Jack Raynor. All approved.
It was noted that tickets are available for Silver Lake Fire Company Barrel O Bucks at $100.00 each. Motion made by Karl Eschbach to purchase two at $100.00 each. Motion 2nd by Critter, all approved.
ATTENDANCE POOL
The name drawn for the May 2019 attendance pool was Hans Van Houten. Hans was not in attendance and missed out on a pool worth $12.50. The June pool will be worth $22.50.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:47 PM on a motion by Christi-Anne.
Committee Meeting
Christi-Anne noted she needs seven new 3D targets total cost $2,054.00. After discussion, it was determined that we will purchase two new turkeys, one standing bear, one standing deer and one bag target for $1,025.95 plus S&H. Motion by Karl and 2nd by Christi-Anne to purchase these targets as noted. All approved.
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 8:05.
