CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:05 by Club President, Fred Guyette. The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were nineteen (19) members present including twelve (12) officers.
Meeting Minutes for the April 14, 2022 Regular meeting
The Secretary’s meeting minutes of April 14, 2022 were read and approved on a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Critter.
TREASURER’S REPORT
The Treasurers report for March 2022 was read by Treasurer Lori Raub and approved on a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Critter, All approved.

STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer –Jim Mayers II)
The 1st 3D shoot of the season was held on Sunday 5/1. There were a total of twelve (12) shooters including seven (7) club members. Registration took in $96.00 while the kitchen took in $554.00. The next scheduled 3D shoot is June 12.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette)
Fred reported Friday open trap is ongoing.
The next scheduled ATA shoot is Monday May 16.
Roger Everitt Memorial shoot is scheduled for the first weekend of June. Raffle baskets are needed.
Money turned in for trap from 3/11 to 4/9 $1,530.00. Money turned in for skeet from 3/11 to 4/8 was $243.00
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Tom Blackman)
Tom reported that he turned in $73.00 from the indoor range fee box.
All else is ok.
It was noted that Raylene Coy is again the top shooter in SporteRifle in her class while Dave Byerly took 2nd place in his class and Joe Mayers was tops in his class.
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron noted all is well. It was noted that the mower deck is back on the tractor also the tractor parts are here.
The new battery for the AED has been delivered.
Outdoor Shooting Sports (Officer Jack Revie)
Jack noted that the backstop mats have been replaced at the 100 yard range. Also gravel has been added around the 50 yard area wet spot(s)
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike noted the meeting last month was held at Blue Ridge. It was noted that CWD has been noted in Lycoming County and is spreading.
It was further noted that the deer harvest was down. A survey taken noted that 60% of hunters surveyed approved of the opening day being on Saturday while 27% disapproved.
Krill limit has been reduced from three (3) to two (2).
12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Fred Guyette)
The May 2022 gun winner is Joe Cherundolo from Montrose. The winning ticket was #346
Joe won a KOFS 20 gauge O\U with ejectors and five choke tubes.
SUPPLIES (Chairman Reggie Raynor)
Reggie noted all was ok. Getting prepared for the Roger Everett shoot.

Fred thanked Lori and Zeb for the job they did getting the clubhouse floor cleaned and waxed.
Fred also expressed thanks for all who came out to work at the Spring Work Day on April 23.
Fred listed a number of items that were accomplished on the 23rd.
NEW BUSINESS
Tom Blackman noted that the first of the 22 rifle shoots did not show much interest. Tom also noted that if interest does not increase these events may be curtailed or canceled.
The next Roger Everitt Memorial meeting is scheduled for Thursday 5/19
ATTENDANCE POOL
The winner of the May Attendance Pool was Critter. Critter won $9.00 +/-
