Regular Meeting
November 13, 2014
CALL TO ORDER
7:05 PM by Club Vice-President Dan Hungerford. The meeting opened with Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag and moment of silence for those protecting our security. There were 18 members present including 11 Officers and committee members. There were two guests.
Secretary Meeting Minutes for October
The Secretary’s meeting minutes of October 9, 2014 were read and approved on a motion by Fred Guyette and 2nd by Mike DePaola.
TREASURER’S REPORT
The October Treasurer’s Report was read and approved on a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Jack Raynor.
The October Regular checking account balance is $4,414.89.
The Discipline Saving Account balance is $4,172.02.
The Youth Account balance is $5,335.77.
The Savings Account balance is $6,049.20.
American Funds (CD) balance $48,474.36
Special Guest
Abby Onyon, Susquehanna County 4-H Shooting Sports Program Director was in attendance along with another 4H representative (unable to read name on the attendance sheet). A check in the amount of $1,500.00 was presented by Fred Guyette and Norm McPherson to the Susquehanna County 4-H program. Abby provided a handout and a short presentation.
STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer Tom Oleniacz,)
Tom not present.
It was noted that the Winter Archery League will commence on Tuesday January 9, 2015 and run for 12 weeks.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette)
Fred noted the attendance is down and will be closing the Monday open trap shoots.
The new chairs are in.
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Sam Williamson)
Sam noted that he turned in $45.00 from the range fee box.
Sam also noted that the Sporter Rifle League is now into the 7th week.
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron noted the upstairs furnace is working although not complete. The downstairs furnace is in need of additional work. Dan to get together with Fred and complete the work this weekend.
The carport is scheduled to be delivered and installed next Tuesday.
SINGLE ACTION SHOOTING SPORTS (Officer Jack Revie)
Jack not in attendance. The last shoot of the year went well with 22 +/- shooters followed by a chicken and biscuit dinner.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike noted a number of legislative issues were discussed at the October 23rd meeting.
Mike also noted that there were 220,000 pheasants released into the wild this year.

12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Karl Eschbach)
The November 2014 gun winner is Dan Albertson, 570-965-2331. There was no further information on the winning ticket # 331. Dan won a Savage MK11 laminated pistol grip, fluted SS bbl. w/accu trigger 22 LR.
SUPPLIES (Chairman Reggie Raynor)
Supplies are ok according to Jack.
INTERNET WEB SITE (Chairman Ed Smith / Linda Alvelo)
1. Linda not present. Ed Smith noted that he has a new site up and running. Ed noted that he has been in contact with Linda but the information she provided was not sufficient. Ed to contact Linda and purchase the new website.
2. Ed is requesting members to provide pictures to be included on the new website.
KITCHEN_ (Chairman Dan Hungerford)
1. Dan noted everything is ok.
OLD BUSINESS
Ed Smith will obtain price quotes for dozer work at the 100 yard rifle range.
Fred noted that he has no additional information or price quotes for the new trap lounge.
A check from the Binghamton Police Department was turned over to Bette as a donation. The BPD used the trap area for their qualifications and training the last three weeks of October.
Bette is waiting for Black Friday to purchase the new laptop.
NEW BUSINESS
It was determined that the Annual Business Meeting will be held on Sunday January 11, 2015.
We need two guns and many baskets for raffles. We have one turkey and will purchase three more.
Fred and Karl to pick up a list of guns from Manny’s Guns for next year’s 12 gun raffle.
Will also need to have tickets printed once the guns are chosen.

There were no comments from the floor regarding the six applications.
ATTENDANCE POOL
The November Attendance pool name drawn was Todd Everitt. Todd was not in attendance and missed out on a $11.00 jackpot.
The December pool will be worth $19.50
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:45 PM.
Committee Meeting
There were eleven (11) officers and committee members in attendance. There were six (6) new member applications listed above. Reviewed and approved all six applications as noted above.
A letter was read from Mike Redding requesting a $100.00 donation for the local boy scouts. All agreed.
