CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:10 by Club President, Bob Kuhn, The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were twenty two members present including thirteen officers and committee members and two guests.
Meeting Minutes for the October 11, 2018
The meeting minutes of Oct. 11, 2018 were read and approved on a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Roger Marsh.
TREASURER’S REPORT
The Treasurer’s report for July 2018 was read and approved on a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Christi-Anne.
Regular Checking Account balance ---- $15,393.53
Discipline Savings balance -------------- $ 6,271.23
Youth Account balance ------------------- $12,062.95
Savings Account balance ----------------- $9,320.20
American Funds balance ----------------- $45,300.03
STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer –ChristiAnne Storman)
ChristiAnne noted that all of the targets are now in storage for the winter.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette)
Fred noted all is well with trap. Money turned in from previous shoots include the following; 10/12/18 - $104.00, 10/19/18 - $129.00, 10/26/18 - $105.00, 11/2/18 - $195.00, Total $533.00
A “Meat Shoot” is scheduled for 11/24 at 10:00 AM.
The 2nd trap motor has been repaired and the trap house drain has been installed and completed.
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Tom Blackman)
Tom noted all is ok with the indoor range. It was also noted that the new steel or the indoor range has been installed. The new rubber curtain has yet to be installed. Tom turned in $57.00 from the range fee box.
Dave Byerly sent an email note regarding the Sporter Rifle League. There are now seven shooters. Dave noted that there is still time to get in for anyone interested. They are now in the seventh (7th) week of the 21 week season. Their record stands at two wins and four losses. Dave also noted that he has $78.00 to turn in to Bette and needs to send $62.00 to the NY Sporter Rifle League office.
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron noted that all is OK. It was noted that the eave trough on the south side of the building needs attention (repairs)
It was noted that Hinds is scheduled to replace the propane tank on 11/23.
SINGLE ACTION SHOOTING SPORTS (Officer Jack Revie)
Jack noted that the SASS season has concluded and all targets have been picked up and stored. Only six shooters showed up for the last shoot. The shoot was moved to the indoor range.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike reported that at the last PFSC meeting the discussion centered on new regulations by the new Deputy Game Warden.
12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Karl Eschbach, Karl not in attendance)
The November 2018 gun winner is Betsi Lopke phone number 607-237-5976. The winning ticket # was 051. Betsi won a Mossberg Patriot 6.5 Creedmoor with Kryptex stock and Ceracote finish. Jim Mayers to notify Ms. Lopke.
Fred noted that he is getting the list of guns for next year’s 12 gun raffle.

Jack noted all is well. If anyone needs supplies, please call Jack’s house.

Dan noted all is well with the kitchen.
OLD BUSINESS
It was noted that the Fall Work Day was rainy and only nine (9) people showed up. It was also noted that a lot of work was completed.
NEW BUSINESS
Lori Raub reported that Spectrum is offering Unlimited WiFi plus internet and phone for $71.00 per month. Motion by Fred Guyette and 2nd by Mike DePaola to get the Spectrum offer. Motion carried and approved.
ATTENDANCE POOL
The name drawn for the November 2018 attendance pool was Donald Brand. Donald was not in attendance and missed out on a $103.50. The December pool will be worth $115.00.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 8:00 PM on a motion by Bob Kuhn.

Jim Mayers Jr. was nominated to take the Director’s spot that Jack Raynor resigned. Nomination approved by all Committee members
