November 12, 2020
Called to order at 1909 by club President Jim Mayers.
The meeting opened with Pledge of Allegiance and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were 17 members present including 12 officers and committee members. There were also 5 new applicants present.
Meeting Minutes of October 8, 2020 were read by Secretary Laura Foote with a motion made by Mike DePaola to accept report with minor documentation updates and seconded by Fred Guyette. Motion approved unanimously.
Treasurers Report – no report due to Treasurer not in attendance

Standing Committees
Archery – Officer Jim Mayers Jr. reported all bag targets have been stored for the winter.
Trap/Skeet – Fred Guyette reported that Friday night shooting continues. The meat shoot was held with a $210.00 profit after birds and meat were paid for. Fred will turn money in to the Treasurer from Meat shoot as well as $296 from Skeet and $912 from Trap.
Wine shoot is tentatively scheduled for December 20th but may be moved to the 13th due to conflict with Hallstead registered shoot. There will be a Christmas party afterwards.
Winter League will begin January 2021
Indoor Pistol Range- Tom Blackman reported all is going well. Tom turned in $198 from the box for range fees. Target hangers need to be ordered. Tom turned in an invoice for $112 for targets that were purchased. Larry Coy reported that the Sporter Rifle league is in the 8th week with 8 people consistently shooting each week. The Silver Lake team was bumped up to a higher division due to shooting too good to remain in the lower division.
Building and Grounds – Chairman Ron Walter was not in attendance no report given.
Outdoor Ranges-- Chairman Jack Revie reported the range is being used and all is good. Jack turned in $76.00. A brand new phone will be donated to the club by Jack Legg to be installed by Tom Blackman to replace the current phone which has been having battery/charge issues.
PFSC Chairman - Mike DePaola reported that there was not much going on but fishing license sales have increased possibly due to the COVID pandemic.
12 Gun Raffle – Chairman Karl Eschbach not in attendance.
October winner- Shawn Isby ticket was a free one for ticket sales - won Savage Axis II 6.5 Creedmore.
Supplies – Chairwoman Reggie/Jack Raynor not in attendance, no report.
Internet Website - Ed Smith not in attendance, no report.
Kitchen - Dan Hungerford not in attendance, no report.
Old business – It was reported that the new to Silver Lake Skeet machines are waiting to be installed (need to take a look at the current electrical situation to straighten that out)
It was reported that the air purifier purchased for the Trap Lounge should be arriving the 15th or 16th of November.
New business – It was reported that a new computer system will be installed for hunting/fishing licenses and the system for obtaining licenses will be down from January 8-14th 2021.
The Annual Dinner determination and what that will look like and where it will be held will be discussed at the next Regular Meeting in December.
There is a recall from Alliance Outdoor for tree stands. The notice will be posted following the meeting.
An invoice from Mike Riordan the electrician was received and turned in for $368.98 for some initial work on the upper trap/five stand electric.

Adjournment- with no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 1940 on a motion by Fred Guyette and 2nd by Dave Shaffer. Motion approved unanimously
Committee Meeting- after regular meeting, there were 12 officers and committee members in attendance. The five (5) new applicants were reviewed with all unanimously voted to approve membership.
With no further business to discuss the Committee meeting was adjourned at 1945.
