November 11, 2021
Called to order at 1905 by club President Jim Mayers.
The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were twenty (20) members/guests present including ten (10) officers and committee members (Dan Hungerford, Laura Foote, Lori Raub (arrival time 1931), Jim Mayers, Dave Byerly, Jack Revie, Bob Kuhn, Mike DePaola, Fred Guyette, Dave Shaffer).
Meeting Minutes of October 14, 2021 Regular Meeting were read by Secretary Laura Foote with a motion made Mike DePaola to accept report with minor updates in grammar/spelling seconded by Fred Guyette. Motion approved unanimously.
Treasurers Report – October report for 2021 was read by President Jim Mayers with a motion made by Mike DePaola to accept report, seconded by Fred Guyette. Motion approved unanimously.
October – Regular Checking balance – $1,105.40
October - Discipline Savings Account balance – $10,855.82
Youth Account balance- $13,526.21
Savings Account balance- $42,928.64
American Funds Balance- $29,983.80
Royalty Account balance – $1,200.12
Total Balance $99,598.99
Standing Committees
Archery – Jim Mayers II not in attendance. It was reported that new archery target prices are being negotiated.
Trap/Skeet – Fred Guyette reported that Friday night open shooting continues.
Wine shoot will be held on Sunday December 12th.
New PAT traps are working well.
Need a day (and people) to put in new skeet traps.
Winter league begins in January.
Zeb Raub wants to put a set of stairs outside the skeet high house with a platform and a door cut in. The lumber is there.

Indoor Pistol Range - Tom Blackman not in attendance no report provided. Fred Guyette reported that Jack Marconi donated a 10x25 piece of rubber and a thank you needs to be sent to him. Fred also stated that at the next committee meeting Jack should be voted on for Lifetime Membership. It was reported that someone is shooting a 223 and that should be looked into. Jack Revie reported that the gas wall heater was left on. A new switch/timer system will be looked at with the upgrade to the LED lighting (Dave Shaffer, Dan Hungerford and Fred Guyette will take a look at this and talk to Jeff as to what can be done and the timing of the new lighting installation)
Sporter Rifle – Raelene Coy not in attendance, results are on website and wall in rifle range.
Building and Grounds – Chairman Ron Walter not in attendance, no report provided.
Outdoor Ranges - Chairman Jack Revie stated that trash/empties need to be picked up and put into bag (not just the barrel).
PFSC Chairman - Mike DePaola wished everyone a Happy Veterans Day. Mike reported that the Constitutional Carry Bill passed in the Senate, for consideration in Congress.
12 Gun Raffle - November’s winner – Chuck Ganley with ticket number 497 - won Mossberg Patriot, 300 win mag, Walnut stock.
Supplies – Jack/Reggie Raynor not in attendance, no report provided.
Internet / Website - Ed Smith not in attendance, no report provided.
Facebook – Lori Raub reported that traffic on the page continues to increase.
Kitchen - Dan Hungerford reported all is good.
Old Business – Karl has installed the tank (chlorine injection). Karl stated that he will check when in Syracuse after Thanksgiving for water testing and get a cost on testing for metals.
New Business – Twelve gun raffle ticket selections will be discussed when Manny gets back from hunting.
A light is needed for the flagpole.
Indoor Archery begins the second Tuesday in January.
Annual dinner on January 16th will be pork for main entrée. There is no food needed for the dinner, just desserts and appetizers. Please pass on members should NOT bring any serving utensils as they get left behind and no one is going to keep track of them.
There were no new applicants discussed as there will be no committee meeting due to lack of a quorum.
Attendance Pool – Tim Johnston was drawn as the winner. Tim not in attendance with $179.00 being rolled to December drawing.
Adjournment - with no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 1939 on a motion by Roger Marsh and 2nd by Dave Shaffer. Motion approved unanimously.
