CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:01 by Club Vice President Todd Everett. The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag and a moment of silence for those protecting our borders and security. There were seventeen (17) members present including twelve (12) officers and committee chairs. There were also four guests.
Meeting Minutes for the September 14, 2023 Regular Meeting
The Secretary’s meeting minutes of September 14, 2023 were read by Secretary Jim E. Mayers. There was one correction. Under “Trap”, The date should have read September, not August. There was a motion to approve by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Roger Marsh. All approved.
TREASURER’S REPORT
The Treasurers report for September 2023 was read by Treasurer Lori Raub. There was a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Jim C. Mayers to approve the Treasurers report. All approved.

STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer – Matt Forba)
Matt not in attendance. Jim C. Mayers noted that he has returned the cash box including the seed money. The proceeds from the last 3D shoot(s) totaled $517.00 was also turned in.
It was noted that the 3D targets have been picked up and stored for the winter. The bag targets remain outside for bowhunters use. It was further noted that we need to purchase 2-4 new bag targets.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette) Fred is away on business.
Bob Tucker noted that the Friday open trap is ongoing. Monies turned in for 9/19 was $570.00, 9/29 was $245.00, 10/9 $371.00, Total $1,353.00
Skeet monies turned in for 9/29 $150.00, (dates uncertain) also $65.00, Total $215.00
INDOOR RANGE (Officer Tom Blackman)
Tom noted that he turned in $51.00 from the range fee box. Otherwise all is ok.
SporteRifle league is in their third week of a 21 week schedule.
The painting of the raw wood walls remains in a holding pattern.
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron noted no complaints. All ok.
Outdoor Shooting Sports (Officer Jack Revie)
Jack noted that all is well. Jack also noted that he turned in $103.00 from the range fee box.
Jack also said one of the mats at the 100 yard range needs to be replaced.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike noted that HB 1300 has been rejected.
12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Fred Guyette)
The October 2023 winner is Vern Tyrell. The October raffle was for a Savage Axis II 280 Ackley Improved w/ synthetic stock w/ scope. (607)343-4810. The winning ticket number was 360.
SUPPLIES (Chairperson Reggie Raynor)
Reggie not in attendance. It was noted that if anyone needs anything regarding kitchen supplies, please call Reggie.

It was reported that we have five (5) pork loins approximately 15# each for the Annual Dinner.
OLD BUSINESS
Jim E. Mayers noted that he has spoken with Dan Hungerford and that Dan will cook for the Annual Dinner. Jim E. will also notify Dan that we have the pork loins.
NEW BUSINESS
Zeb Raub suggested that we install game cameras to see who is using the 400 yard and the 100 yard rifle ranges.
There were four (4) new membership applications read as follows;
ATTENDANCE POOL
The name drawn for the October attendance pool was Bob Kuhn. Bob cashed in on approximately $8.00.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:55.
