CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 7:10 PM by Club President Bob Kuhn. The meeting opened with Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag and moment of silence for those protecting our security. There were 23 members present including fourteen (14) Officers and committee members.
Meeting Minutes for Aug. 10, 2017
The meeting minutes of August 10, 2017 were read and approved on a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Dave Shaffer.
TREASURER’S REPORT
The Treasurer’s report for August 2017 was read and approved on a motion by Mike DePaola and 2nd by Dave Shaffer

STANDING COMMITTEES:
ARCHERY (Officer –ChristiAnne Storman)
ChristiAnne was unable to attend the meeting but texted her report to the Club Secretary Jim Mayers; ChrisriAnne noted that the last scheduled 3D shoot of the season was held on September 3rd. Due to very inclement weather there were only 12 shooters. Registration took in #77.00 and the kitchen took in 23.25. Total income for the event was $100.25. ChristiAnne noted special thanks to those who helped out in the kitchen, including Nick Tinen, Bob Elliot and friends Mike, Lori, Jenn and Angel. Thanks also to Reggie Raynor for keeping the kitchen supplied and donors Insight Archery and Neil’s Archery and Crossbow, and Bob Elliot. ChristiAnne also wanted to recognize the faithful stick bow shooters who attended every event including Ron Hollenbeck, Jerry Cronk, Dennis Mingus Bob Hutchings and Don Beaumont. Special thanks to Ron Hollenbeck for always being to the club early and having the coffee brewing. Thanks again to Ron and Jerry Cronk for offering to help tear down the course for the winter.
ChristiAnne noted that both she and Scott are looking forward to an even better season next year.
TRAP (Officer Fred Guyette)
Fred noted that the Friday night open shoots income as follows; 8/11 $152.00, 8/18 $156.50, 8/25 $95.50, 8/31 198.00, 9/1 $85.25. ATA shoots as follows; 8/28/17 $289.00 and 9/11/17 $276.00.

INDOOR RANGE (Officer Tom Blackman)
Tom not in attendance, No report.
Dave Byerly noted that the Sporter Rifle League will resume the week of 9/24/17. The cost is $5.00 for the 1st week then $3.00 thereafter. Dave is encouraging new shooters to join in on the fun. All are welcome.
GROUNDS/BUILDINGS (Officer Ron Walter)
Ron noted that all is well and thanked everyone who helped keep the grass mowed over the summer.
Bob Kuhn noted the need to arrange for winter fuel A Co-Op has been created which we will be required to join to get a price break. A motion was made by Fred Guyette and 2nd by Mike DePaola to join the Co-Op. All approved. Bette to follow-up for details and prepay.
SINGLE ACTION SHOOTING SPORTS (Officer Jack Revie)
Jack noted the attendance for the SASS shoots is down but chugging along. All went well at the last shoot. All are welcome to come and join in on the fun. October will be the last Cowboy shoot of the season. Chicken & Biscuit dinner to follow the final event. All are welcome.
PFSC (Delegate Mike DePaola)
Mike noted there was no meeting as everyone was focused at the Harford Fair.
The Youth Field Days are scheduled for September 23rd at Canasawacta.
Ed Smith noted they have raffle tickets available. See club website for legislative items discussed.
12- GUN RAFFLE (Chairman Karl Eschbach)
The September 2017 gun winner is Todd Groover from Montrose, 278-4481.
The winning ticket was # 253. Todd won a Ruger American bolt action 30:06 with 3x9 scope. Karl to contact Mr. Groover.
SUPPLIES (Chairman Reggie Raynor)
Jack reported all ok.
INTERNET WEB SITE (Chairman Ed Smith)
Ed noted that all is good on the website, but is disappointed that more club members are not taking advantage of the items being offered for sale.

KITCHEN_ (Chairman Dan Hungerford)
Dan reported the kitchen is good.
OLD BUSINESS
Jim Mayers noted that he has reached out to Eders (recommended by ChristiAnne and Scott) but has not heard back from them.
Lori Raub will be taking the fire extinguishers to have them recertified and refilled.
NEW BUSINESS
We are in desperate need of a new Membership Chairman.
Any member who may be interested in taking over this assignment is requested to contact Bob Kuhn.
A Fall Work Day need was discussed. It was determined that the only requirement was the need to have firewood cut, split and stacked for the Trap Lounge and the Club house. It was determined that all that would be required is 6-8 people. It was determined that Bob Tucker will head up the crew on Saturday October 22. Dan Hungerford to be available to cook breakfast for the crew. Breakfast will be at 8:00 AM, work to commence at 9:00 AM.
ATTENDANCE POOL
The name drawn for the September 2017 attendance pool was none other than Jack Raynor. Jack walked away with the $181.00 pool.
The October attendance Pool will be worth $11.50.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:55 PM on a motion by Ed Smith.
