CALL TO ORDER
Attendance;
Bob Kuhn, Dave Shaffer, Jim Mayers, Dan Hungerford, Bob Tucker, Tom Blackman, Ron Walter, Jack Raynor ,Dave Byerly,, Jack Legg, Jack Revie, Fred Guyette, and Christi-Anne Storman.
Meeting called to order at 7:04 PM by Committee Chairman Dave Shaffer.
Prior to any business being discussed, Jack Raynor announced that as of this date he will no longer be a Director of Silver Lake Rod & Gun Club. Jack got up from his chair and left with no explanation.
Kubota Tractor
Everyone had a chance to review the Timberline Lawn and RV Quote for a new Kubota B2650 tractor. It was determined on a motion by Dave Shaffer and 2nd by Jim Mayers to purchase a B2650 Tractor as noted on the Timberline Quote for $15,000.00. We also want to take advantage of the Kubota no interest for 60 month deal. Discussed adding valves to allow changing the angle of a snow plow when and if we add that feature. All voted in favor except Jack Legg.
Jim Mayers offered to speak with Timberline now that Jack Raynor has quit.
Fall Work Day October 26. Work to include Indoor Range steel, Firewood, Fix gutter on south side of club house, pickup cowboy range, install drain in lower trap house, stain Skeet 5stand house. We will serve breakfast at 7:00 AM, work to commence at 8:00.
With No further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 8:20.
